The tech was very polite and professional. Not only did he fix my issue he also went above and beyond cleaning up sensors and filters for me that were not part of the issue. The tech was also very efficient with his work but also tested the system to verify the problem was fixed before he left. I would highly recommend calling Indoor Climate for your heating and a/c needs.

Gabriel came to our home to see why AC was not working, He was very professional, humorous and kind. He assessed what was wrong, fixed it and suggested we may want to think about a new unit before this 20yr old unit stops working. He fixed a bent floor register so now my office gets better flow. I have a older home (1953)and after talking to multiple companies, confirming insurance and workers comp, getting bids, reviewing their service agreements for problems down the road and talking to people who know HVAC systems, I decided Indoor Climate Control was the best company to go with . Martin was honest and didn’t try to oversell me.I received two detailed bids that explained the process and what unit would be installed. Gabe and Martin are helping us work through problems with multiple units that were poorly installed. We have 58 apartment units which were installed with mismatched cables and many other issues. They do everything they can to get to us quickly and stay with us until they've solved the problems, and believe me there are many problems. They are 5 star in my book!!!

So this is some story, after 7 years of owning a heat pump I never knew it could work this good. My wife and I were resigned to the fact our heating was sub par because we had the two "big heater companies" come out and give us a list of why our stuff is broke. One of them said we were low on freon and tried to bend us over for 500 bucks, and when I got a second opinion the second big company said the freon level was fine. Neither of them fixed the machine, one said they wanted 15 grand for a new system, and the other was not helpful either.

Wow - I just tried to call, and then pressed 1 to be a new customer. He didn't answer his phone and I got a message saying "sorry, the customers mailbox is full". Sorry Martin, but how can you get business if you don't have voicemail? This doesn't give me a lot of confidence that I'll be able to get in touch with you.

Martin and his crew are professional, timely and very knowledgeable about their trade. They thoroughly assessed my old wall unit and made the necessary repairs in a very timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves and even wore booties to protect the carpet. Martin assured me that even during the upcoming holidays they would be available should I have an issue. Brian took time on the phone to talk over the issue I was having with my furnace. Not once did I feel rushed or ignored in our conversation. Completely present during the entire conversation...you don't find that very often. He dispatched Jeremy to the house who was very professional and exact in his work. Jeremy made. sure to test the unit after fixing to be certain I was completely happy with the end product. Top notch experience.

If you need any AC/heating call these guys. Brian & Martin are amazing to work with and their team was sweet, polite and got the job done fast. We had them install 2 units in our offices. The window AC finally died. The new unit is quite and cooled down the office fast. Finally we have a nice AC and heater.

Brian and Martin were very professional, showed up on-time and provided excellent customer service. There were mindful about cleaning up after every work day. It can be difficult to have people in your home with a family. I have 2 small children and they were so good about working around their nap schedules and what worked best for our family but also got the job done quickly. Definitely don't hesitate to use them for any of your HVAC needs!

Our AC stopped during the most recent heat wave. We called a couple of repair shops to get availability and costs. Martin answered his phone while being polite, compassionate, and asking all the right questions. He was fixing my AC by the end of that day! And, he didn't try to up sell a single thing. He will absolutely be the first and only call if and when we need help again.

I bought a house last June and my realtor purchased a home warranty on my behalf. My heater stopped working and ICC was assigned to my work order. How fortunate that was. Martin was on time (to the minute) for the appointment, worked quickly and thoroughly, was very tidy, and clearly explained what was wrong and how he fixed it.
