We had Quality Dry our today to clean the carpet in 3 bedrooms. They were very professional and thorough, and we got great results. We had multiple pet stains in one room and I was absolutely amazed they got the stains completely out, even though I know some were there for a very long time. I will be using them again. P.S. Pics were taken right after they finished. The lines on the carpet were from where they used a tool to rake out the fibers. It's not permanent and once we vacuum rug, it will look smooth and normal.
