These guys were great, from the estimator, office ladies and especially the install crew. On time and worked smart and hard. They were attuned to the fact that they were on someone elses property and cleaned up after themselves. You could tell the crew was well experienced installing a complete new septic system. We have a very tricky entrance to our pasture that requires several 10 point turns. Codey took on the challenge with a smile on his face. He even had to run back and dump what he already had in order to make it work. When I thanked him he replied, “I like a good challenge.”

If they say your filter needs to be replaced please shop around. It may just need to be cleaned. The bid for a replacement was $1,550 from SSI. A second company came and cleaned my filter for less than $100 and said it likely has 5-10 years of life left. When I questioned SSI their response was it’s company policy to replace a dirty filter since they usually break them trying to get them out. Which means they are not qualified to work on that system. Please shop around.

Wonderful and easy experience. Needed tank pumped, got an appointment within 2 days of call. Guy who came out was very friendly and explained everything to me. Was charged more than quoted price because of 2nd tank needing pumped, but the quote was very close and reasonable. The up charge was explained to me. Very very happy with service and will be using them again.

Purchased new aerator from Septic Tank and it was delivered at my front door in Hideawy, Texas three days later. Unfortunately about a month later I had a problem with my unit. I called Septic Tank, told them my problem and they sent me a new replacement. Again the replacement unit was delivered to my front door three days. I expected them to require me to return the defective unit before they sent a replacement. This is the type company that I like to do business with. I will recommend them to others.

What a HORRIBLE experience. I don't want to give exact details so that they company can identify me, but basically we were given the run around and every time I called with an issue I got an attitude from the owner and was made to feel like i was inconvenience to him. When they installed the system they put SOME grass seed down, but it's still bare in many patches....they never came back to fix things they said they would do "in March" and when I called because we had a busted pipe shooting STUFF out of it they told me there were TOO BUSY To come by and fix it and that I should
