Lehtola completed hookup and venting of a natural gas heater in my attached garage. Brandon and the entire Lehtola team were excellent to work with. From my first call for assistance until project completion, my questions were answered, my concerns addressed, and my options explained fully so I could choose which route was ideal for my home. Absolutely NO high-pressure sales tactics . . . which was very refreshing in today's business climate. Was looking for duct cleaning and found a local company with good reviews. Was contacted by text message, told they would come on Friday between 8-9 and no one called or texted at that time. Called the company at 9 and was told they didn’t know I was scheduled at that time and someone would be out this morning. There was no notice on their website or information letting me know the price just to come out or even an estimate. Would not recommend for duct cleaning as their pricing is no where near any other competitors.

They actually returned my initial call and in a timely manner! They continued with great service with the quote, scheduling and following up to keep us informed on the status of our job.
Completed the job on time, excellent work, top notch cleanup and very personable staff.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and help they provided. I appreciated that Don took my calls and answered my questions when my project stalled out waiting for the shower insert to be shipped from the manufacturer. I am confident that when my bathroom rehab is completed, they will make sure that their part of the project is top notch.
