Critical: Responsiveness
Had them come by for an initial visit and to give quotes on a handful of home projects I'm looking at and they never sent me a quote. It's now 3 weeks past the day they told me I'd have the quotes. I've reached out to them multiple times since then and never got a reply. Seems rather unprofessional to be so unresponsive.

Roberto and his team really came thru when I needed emergency work done on my home. I had a pipe burst and needed drywall and bathroom repairs. R&R came thru in 5 star excellence. When I couldn’t find a licensed contractor to do the work I needed in a short timeframe. R & R worked over the weekend to restore my home back to normal. Requested an estimate for basement work and was given a specified time of 5pm - 530pm. I texted with no response after 530pm came and no one showed up. I then called and was told yes they are still coming just running a little late. Well I guess that was a lie because an hr later and still no one showed up. Very unprofessional.

R&R was great in re-staining my deck! They came out for a quote in timely fashion and followed up with the paperwork in a timely fashion. In my experience, not all contractors actually follow up, so it was nice to have some professional courtesy for a change.
They were flexible in completing the job and actually started the job before the scheduled date, and finished the job within a week. I would definitely recommend R&R!
