Called to have my septic tank emptied the lady on the phone got her driver out there that day .The guys were professional and did a good job the office girl was very nice and kept me informed on when they would be there and made the payment process very easy for me. Very good company would definitely recommend and will make sure to use again when we need them in 3 years.

I had Carter’s come out and pump my septic tank and the young lady who answered the phone I believe her name was Hailey was so sweet and answered every one of my questions and got their crew out to my house the very next day. Everyone was polite and professional I will definitely use them again next time I need our septic pumped

We call this company for 1 month trying to get a septic tank installed. There is a young girl who will answer the phone and say, " I will have them call you back." This never happens. Then there is an older lady who will answer the phone and say, "I will have someone call you." I've been waiting a week on that call back. So, I called another company who met us the next day and is installing the tank next week. Carter and Sons may be really busy, but this is no way to do business.

My septic tank was full and backed up into my house, I called them for an emergency pump and they were able to get my tank pumped out same day. The lady on the phone kept in contact with me giving updates. Caleb came to the rescue and got my tank cleaned out. I was worried about my drain field being messed up and he checked it, showed me and reassured me that the drain field was working properly. He was courteous, helpful, and was very knowledgeable. I have an idea of how often I need to pump out now so Carter & Sons will be my go to from now on.

Carter and Sons just cleaned and serviced my septic tank. I have to say they were wonderful! The front lid had been cemented on by the previous owner and the workers did everything possible to get it off without damaging it. When that wasn't possible, they even went out and got the new lid to finish the job. Would definitely recommend these guys!
