Stephen Osborne started his general contracting career in 2006 as a commercial project manager for single-tenant properties in nine different states.
We provide nationwide facilities maintenance and remodeling services for multi-family, commercial, and industrial facilities. The design-build method of project delivery includes one team (design-builder) and a single contract with the owner to provide both architectural/engineering design services and construction.
We can work with your architectural & engineering team, or provide those services for you by assembling the perfect team for your size and type of project. We can also gather the right subcontractors and suppliers to serve your specific needs. We will honor commitments, treat our customers fairly, and strive to exceed expectations.
We recognize the importance of maintaining a strong presence of financial and volunteer support to impact friends within our community and industry. I’m certain that customers receive good treatment, but this was a very different company under David. When he unexpectedly passed it immediately went downhill. Subs like us were left unpaid and irreconcilably and unjustifiably for tens of thousands in labour and materials. Saving money for a customer at the expense of another is not the “Christian” Stephen purports himself to be. Good business is good people and good people make good business. Make no mistake, I was not paid and therefore unable to pay half a dozen crew who I was assured would be paid directly and still inform me they have

This company did the parking lot at our church. I’ve seen some of there other work around town and was impressed. The parking lot and building renovations were completed in a matter of weeks and to perfection. I only searched for a spot once that whole month because of the Osborne Company’s speed and quality.
I wish the city of Topeka would hire them, this whole city would be a lot nicer
