Our goal is to build to your lifestyle. Because we design and modify our home plans in house, we can accommodate most requests up to full custom plans. Many of our customers have stated how easy and pleasant the experience is to modify one of our home plans. We listen to our customers closely and we strive to meet every expectation.

FCI has been building homes on Marco Island since 1993 and we have built over 400 homes here alone, verified by City and County records. Although others may claim they have built hundreds or thousands of homes in the area, very few in fact have. We have built more homes on Marco than nearly every other active builder.
Many of our clients first experience with FCI Homes is through one of our model homes. There you will meet with our sales team, who can give you guidance on what plans we offer, options and upgrades and pricing. Once you decide on the type of home you are looking for, we begin drawing and pricing plans for your review and critique.
Most of our clients are not here full time. We work with you to handle selections and scheduling and we utilize Cloud based software to keep current photos of your Dream Home available for you to view on a regular basis. We have been building homes on Marco for well over 30 years. Since Gary Beaumont took over FCI in 1993, we have built over 400 homes here, which can be verified by City and County building records.

We chose to build our house in Marco Island, we signed the builders agreement on November 29th 2019 and we move in July 2020. Our home is a waterfront, they built our waterfront house in only 8 months even with Covid, they never stopped working. We were very happy with FCI Homes team starting with sales Marjie, the owner Jasón and the color selection team Renee. They were very accommodating with changes in the floor plan to meet our needs, and even last minute finishes.

We’ve heard a lot of positive reviews about FCI and we are so happy we picked them to build our dream home! From the time we stopped at the model and met Marjie we had a great experience with the whole FCI team. They build quality homes and make sure all of your expectations are met. Renee was great to work with on selecting all the colors and finishes. Jason made a couple of adjustments to the floor plan to meet our needs and make it our own.
