After waiting since Oct 7 2021 to have two damaged doors and 1 damaged frame replaced they came on Jan 14, 2022 with replacement doors that had a bad paint job and nicks. Also my original door they took in order to match color was all dirty and nicked up. You would think that after 2 BBB complaints someone would have inspected them prior to sending out. Unless they thought this shoddy replacement was acceptable? Just hope I do not have to wait another 4 months with more complaints to BBB. FYI, BBB complaint is the only way to get this company to respond. Thanks to BBB

Cabinet color is a mix of golds and taupes, nothing like we purchased. Parts are missing with no dates or even knowledge of when the order will be filled. Definitely don't use this vendor for panel ready appliances as they don't have the skill to handle the project. This is far from a custom install even if you pay extra for that level of finish. Drawers and cabinets look like a wave of multiple angles when you view from the side. It looks like we used a company with no skills or experience. Leadership from Oakcraft have come to inspect which resulted with no improvement.

Scheduled maintenance today between 8am and noon. It is now 1:18pm. No call, no show. I took unpaid time off for this.
Horrible customer service. They expect us to accommodate them, even though they're the ones who failed US. What kind of company fails to communicate with their customers, or make it right? They should work around our available hours since they dropped the ball!! If I could give them zero stars I would.

We went with a grey painted shaker cabinet and they really looked great. After about a year I noticed the paint doesn't hold up, it chips and scratches easily. We've had a couple doors replaced because there were warped. The drawers don't stay closed (so annoying!) even after having a technician come out to tighten them (knew it wouldn't work anyway). You really have to baby these cabinets and that doesn't work well for our family because we have young kids. Really trying to love this product but I just can't seem to get there.

We purchased our brand new home from Blanford 5 years ago, the home came with cabinets from Oak Craft. During this time we have reported multiple issues with the cabinets finish, they have been chipping, and showing mis coloration from early stages of owning the home. We have addressed this with Oak Craft on multiple occasions and have been met with unreturned calls and unsatisfactory customer service. A company's level of service either shines or quickly fades when there are hurdles to overcome in the process, and OakCraft came through with flying colors in our situation. Without going into too many details, OakCraft's team took care of us, even when some of the issues were not created by them. That tells you what kind of company they are. Their service was exceptional and their team was responsive to our needs. My wife and I would definitely go with OakCraft again!

Purchased upgraded cabinets from Oakcraft for my Toll Brothers house. Way over priced for complete junk cabinets. Before I moved into my house in Oct. 2020 crown molding was broke & Oak Craft employees glued it together so poorly. They installed wrong crown molding in my laundry room. It's some cheap molding instead of my over priced crown molding I paid for. I have been in my house for 8 months now with broken & wrong crown molding. I have cabinets that are chipped & broken since Oct. 2020 & they keep coming out & say they will put it on order. It's been 8 months

Worst product EVER! Bought a Toll Brothers home in the meadows in NW Peoria (800k and above price range) The worst product and the worst installers ever! Employees have appointments and don't show up. Management makes excuse after excuse! They show up with replacement doors that are more warped than the last ones! DO NOT BUY these cabinets! Toll Brothers needs to find a new reputable cabinet company!

Customer service responded to this review asking I email them. I did, no response. The installers came back again today with the replacement cabinet door, in the right color but with the wrong holes drilled. Perhaps the 5th time will be the charm with Oakcraft? The poor field installers have no control over this, or so it seems, the issues seem to be all HQ. Either way, I still recommend avoiding this company like the plague. I can't believe Toll Brothers uses them as their preferred cabinet maker....

Problems left and right. My husband and and I decided to use oak craft in our new home. The craftsmanship is far from consistent. Our cabinets were installed in Jan. They showed up with numerous missing pieces, or things built wrong. Our cabinet for the double oven is built wrong so our ovens did not fit. They made changes to our order without confirming them with us. If that wasn’t already frustrating, getting replacement pieces has been never ending. We have received some replacements that were the wrong color, replacement pieces that we didn’t ask for... The list goes on. 4 months into this

We had a house built by Toll Brothers in Phoenix, AZ and Oakcraft supplied the cabinets. We've been living in the house for 1 year and all that time, had either missing or mismatched cabinet doors in the kitchen. They've come out a few times with the wrong parts and then they disappear for a while. Given they can't seem to install 2 cabinet doors in the right color in the span of 12 months, I'll never work with them again. Avoid at all costs.

The absolute worst vendor I have had the displeasure to use and their subpar cabinets and extremely bad customer service was not cheap. I will forever tell my horror story about this company to all that will listen. I am so glad my clients that do remodels have listened so others won't live with their poor quality work.

I will update this review once they complete my house. I paid about $200K for custom cabinets in my new build. We are now moved in for over 1 month and they still have not completed the work, but they got paid. The builder is going to drop them as preferred cabinet company unless they get their act together and finish my house. Big loss...

We had Oakcraft out to our new house to refinish the espresso cabinets in master bath and kitchen. Spencer came out and looked at all our cabinets inside and out and found a crack, which they replaced the whole door. Desiree came out to refinish all our cabinets to desired color consistency. I cannot say enough about her. She worked in the shop for a few years and her experience showed! She did excellent work, took her time to make the customer happy. I am very pleased. Desiree was a very nice lady, enjoyed having great customer service in my home.

My husband and I purchased a home in the Windgate Ranch neighborhood in Scottsdale, AZ in early 2020. Our home was built in 2018 and the entire home came equipped with Oakcraft Cabinets. Shortly after moving into our home, I reached out to our builder (Toll Brothers) regarding concerns I was having relating to the condition of the cabinets. Purchased an entire kitchen set two years ago. 9 months after install 18 doors needed to be replaced because the paint started peeling off and The boxes started to crack from around the tile. About 12 months after the new doors were installed, we started having the same issue. Now we are past our two year warranty. Pretty much decided to replace my cabinets within five years. Very disappointed with how bad the cabinets look. Several people are shocked with how bad the cabinets are holding up and people with ikea cabinets have less issues than us!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, we moved into a 2 year old toll brothers home in Scottsdale. A number of cabinets have cracking and peeling paint, and oak craft will not fix because we are not the original owners. Every single one of my neighbors has had the same issues mentioned as others here and all have had multiple doors repainted due to poor quality paint and no primer used. Customer service is completely unhelpful as well.

Wrong color and several structural flaws! I was very happy with the designer and dealer but the actual product is not the quality we had expected. A couple years ago we bought discount cabinets for a renovation home for a fraction of the price of these and were pleased with the cheap ones. Now these cabinets are for our own home and I wanted a higher end cabinet and expected to pay more for them. All went well until we picked up our cabinets (we plan to install them ourselves) and discovered the color was completely wrong! I choose a color called Medium and even tho all the paperwork says Medium

I am not sure if this location of Oakcraft is responsible for the issues with my cabinetry, and if not perhaps they can get my complaint to the right place.
After building my beautiful retirement home here in AZ, I am so disappointed in my cabinetry. In addition to nails coming through an end cabinet and other cosmetic issues, a couple of kitchen doors split and had to be replaced. When the replacement doors came the installer drilled the hole for the hardware in the wrong place, did a bad patch and didn't mention it to me. At the same time, he neglected to install the second door hinge

I live in Reno, NV. After a dispute with its local dealer, I approached OakCraft under the terms of the warranty. A number of the cabinet doors contain burrs. According to the seller, the cabinets are fine and the defects very minor. According to the general contractor, the defects are not minor and the doors need to be replaced.
I contacted OakCraft and sent a number of photographs. I asked it to contact me. I don't know if it will. I got an email from the dealer which stated "Oakcraft is not going to respond." At a minimum, I feel I should get some official correspondence
