They did a super job, even as the job got bigger and bigger due to the extent of the water / mold damage. They informed us of the process up front, and kept us posted on the progress, always letting us know what was coming next, and responding kindly and clearly to our questions. James was a life saver!

He took his time going over everything with me in detail, he taped it off, he took pictures, he went over the insurance claim part with me, got our adjusters information, he called another one of his teammates that is coming out to get the water and all that good stuff out to make sure he knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be done so that way I didn't have to worry about explaining or any questions being asked to me.

The company came right out to inspect my ceiling leak and gave a proposal, so the service started good. However, when they came out to do ceiling demo, they installed dehumidifiers without the leak being stopped!! Not very helpful. Did not seal off the room where the drying needed to be done so the equipment pulled all the air from the attic and the rest of my house into the room they were trying to dry. It is definitely a training issue for their tech/company. All mold was removed with the wet sheetrock so not much to remediate, but they insisted it was needed. All this time the leak was not stopped

We have been pushed from project manager to project manager for the past 4 months. Each time the previous person “left suddenly.” New person comes in and we basically have to start all over again. They are completely disorganized and never come when they say they will (or send someone else in their place because our project isn’t important enough and they double booked). I’m sick of the run around and not receiving even the most basic customer service.

I called this company after looking for a company to remove the mold that I had in our kids bathroom. I called woodlands water restoration and spoke with Nickie on the phone. She got me scheduled with Richard to call me. He came to my home and told me that I would need a consultant to test the our house for mold. Once the test was done we had Woodlands water restoration come out and remove the mold. Jammy and his crew where amazing and very kind to me and my kids. After the mold was completely gone. They sent out there rebuild tech Ronny. There rebuild team was outstanding and got me back to normal

James was the gentleman that came out to look at a flooring after i had a busted toilet, leak threw my celling and in to my walls. I really appreciated his spunk and go to attitude. he helped me with drying everything and had another gentleman come out named John to look at my damage. he was able to get me new floors and fix my wall and celling. and there crew was in and out in 6 days. I was truly blessed with this company that my plumber recommended. Thank you all so much!

Had woodlands water restoration come out to come look at some mold at my parents house, I had James come out and look at the issue. we had mold underneath our kitchen sink that the plumber showed us. James came out looked at the issue and gave me a price which to my surprise was much cheaper then I expected . they did the work that day and got me taken care of highly recommend these guys
