We hired 2nd city for roof installation on our restaurant build-out. Our restaurant is built out of shipping containers and located on the Chicago Riverwalk. This site is difficult to access and 2nd city did a fantastic job with the roof work. Would highly recommend!

As a real estate investor They are the most unprofessional contractors I’ve dealt with , they don’t answer calls /texts until few weeks later,they schedule appointments and then they cancel last minute ,it was like if I was begging them ,they were the ones that left marketing material at my door and I gave them a shot , do not use them

Our condo association at 1532 N Claremont ave in Wicker Park voted to hire Second City Roofing & Exteriors to re-shingle and re-flash our buildings deteriorating roof.
