We had a very good experience here. We needed to store our things for only 1 month while we were waiting on our closing. We happened to drive by arc and saw the discounted price that was much lower than the facility we were planning to go with, so we went ahead and reserved a unit online. We were able to get access that same night with a pin code. The facility was very clean and well lit, and they provided carts to help with moving. We only stayed a month, but had no issues. The day after we moved all of our things out, I got an email from arc storage saying they had noticed our unit was empty

Great experience so far. Brand new facility, great security, temperature/humidity controlled. Wasn't sure what size unit I needed. Management was easy to communicate with and flexible regarding my situation. Last minute change to larger unit was needed and they made the change seemless. Prices are very reasonable.

Very clean! I highly recommend arc storage! I needed climate controlled for some antiques that I needed to store for several months was worried about dirt and pests. I was told they treat for pests. The place is spotless. Security camera monitored. Easy access. Email sent when payment is due...one click payment made. Arc made storing my valuables simple and painless. My furniture is in perfect shape..the way it was when I stored them.
