The key got stuck in the doorknob of a friend's house and the lock was nonfunctional. The homeowner has medical issues and needs caregivers to be able to get in the front door. I called Allen's Mobile Locksmith and left a message. Allen called back within 5 minutes and was able to be at the house in 20 minutes.
He replaced the doorknob and keyed it to work with the existing key. No hassle of making new copies! My friend is a senior and on a fixed budget. The bill was quite reasonable.

I have had Allen do locksmith work for me a few times over the years and his work has always been successful and trouble-free. Today I asked him to look at a sticking deadbolt that has bothered me for a few years. He told me over the phone that I could fix the problem with lubrication and he stayed with me on the phone until I finished it successfully.
