Edgar from Coast Appliance Services came to fix our GE washer that was under warranty. He was able to explain to us the automatic soap dispenser feature (we were having issues with the amount of soap being used in our wash) as well explain the tub structure of our unit and why we were having issues with our tin during the wash cycle. He was both professional and helpful and we appreciated his efforts and service.
