In 2010, Chris Alford had worked for the "big" HVAC companies for over 20 years. After two decades of watching massive HVAC companies take advantage of their customers, Chris felt compelled to provide trustworthy, efficient (and affordable) HVAC repair services that his community deserved. He founded Alford Air on these principals.

We noticed our air not working on Saturday evening. Called these guys on a Sunday morning and it only took them q couple of hours to get to us. Mike Fields was quick efficient and had our air back up and running in a matter of minutes. I also noticed that before it used to take our air awhile to kick in with a lot a lot of humming and struggle. Now it's instantly. It's definitely much better. Would definitely use them again!
