I reached out for a quote on an Illusions Vinyl Fence (black) on more than one occasion to no avail. I did so because the manufacturer advised “East Coast Fence is the East Central Florida dealer for Illusions and can help you with all your fencing needs.” Don the manager has had an excuse time after time and makes empty promises about why he hasn’t gotten back to me with the quote ie they’re short staffed, COVID has slowed things down, etc. none of these are valid excuses especially in dealing potential customers. I mean if you don’t want to do the job then just have the balls to say

Quality of product is excellent. Customer service is superb. Customization and variety of offerings is off the scale (like no other Fence Company I've ever dealt with).
Pricing for any custom products (and fencing in particular right now) is a little on the high side with everybody but they are definitely more reasonably priced than any other place I've checked!
I would give this company a rating of 100% as one of the best companies I've ever dealt with for any products!

Excellent customer service. I had called about a fence East Coast Fence installed a few years ago that had suffered some damage from the frequent storms we get here. The rep called right away, and was here the next day to access the damage. We discussed repairs, and he is going to give me a few options to make things right.
This is above and beyond what I expected.

I wanted a fence, I knew it would cost quite a bit to have it installed. So I called and told them I wanted to install it myself. They were so polite and easy to talk to. They said if I drew a sketch of what how I wanted to install my fence and the measurements they could send me a quote for materials. I sent that in, it did take a little while to get the price(about a week) but I got everything I needed to install. No 10 trips to Home Depot for this project..lol

What an awesome company. There seems to be no limit to what they can accomplish. I had them do a couple projects for me, but the custom dog box the built exceeding all my expectations. They have just about everything you could think of related to fencing, handrail, and / or guardrail. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. They get 5 stars in my book.
