Nathan from Rognitsch Construction was hired for a playground removal/shipment. After confirming the timeframe and payment, Nathan never would respond to phone/text messages and actually hung up on my client when we was contacted. We also contacted their business but they would not respond. Be very careful when using Nathan Rongitsch or this business.

I have used Rongitsch three times in 2 years. I will only use him because he is an honest contractor that gives honest advice with immaculate design ideas.
We were given his contact info from many different people in the Lakeville area. We were told he would be the best guy to help us construct a restaurant with only four walls and a roof of what was remaining from the Erickson Drug Store in downtown Lakeville.
We liked his work so much we had him do the remodel at our Inver Grove Heights location and I had him do a master bed/bath remodel at my home.

We attempted to use Rongitsch Construction. After they cancelled our original Wednesday evening meeting, I inquired about meeting on a Saturday. I was told they do meet on Saturdays but they seemed reluctant. Nonetheless, we settled on Saturday at 9 AM. I was a bit skeptical because of the seemingly lack of willingness to make this meeting work on a Saturday. When Saturday rolled around they arrived 20 minutes late without a phone call. Their excuse was they could not find the house. There is not anything tricky about finding my residence in terms of location....standard suburban house, address

I had Rongitsch Construction remodel 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and upgrade about a dozen other items not in those areas (skylights, stone, garage mezzanine, insulation, flooring, closets, electrical, painting, etc.). Mike setup a schedule, coordinated all the various crews, hit the cost quoted and worked to ensure any changes or fixes I asked for were taken care of. Quality and service were outstanding, I highly recommend Rongitsch Construction.

Mike and team are very knowledgeable and thorough. We've had multiple projects with them (interior and exterior, emergency and planned) and we have been VERY happy with their work. We used Rongitsch Homes after we had significant water damage on 2 levels of our home. They were so helpful and reassuring during the entire process. They worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was done correctly and we got a fair settlement. During the construction/remodel phase Mike Rongitsch always kept to the agreed upon timeline and budget, and the results were stunning. I give Mike and his crew the highest recommendation. In fact, I am so confident of their workmanship that I’d be willing to that if there is a negative review chances are it is from someone who never worked
