Without a doubt Hub Appliance is one of the best repair outfits I've ever encountered in my 71 years on the planet. Had an episode today where the dishwasher wouldn't work, and a very nice young man came out to look at it. This is the second time it conked on us, with the first time because a switch had been incorrectly thrown. Was happy to pay the service charge to get it up and running. Today, it was the wiring. We used Hub Appliance 2 years ago to fix our freezer, I wished I had come on write a review then. We got the exact type of service this time too. Tom and Justin arrived just when they said they would be here , they also called first to let me know they were coming. We called the office the night before, and were relieved someone was still there to take the call. The had the guys here the next day.

What was even better that how fast, friendly and reliable they were. They put priority on refrigerator problems, which means a lot. We had already lost a good amount of food.

I contacted Hub Appliance about my dishwasher, and they let me know that they would be able to send someone out to look at it the next morning. They gave me a time-frame and let me know that the guy would be giving me a call 30 minutes before he arrived. As promised, Tom called me and send he was on his way. From the moment he arrived. he was professional, listened well, and talked through his repair process with me. He was thorough in his inspection and worked swiftly to produce the documents that I needed to show my insurance company. I was very impressed.

I contacted Hub to fix a stove hood. In the end it got fixed perfectly and it was a complex job as the hood was many years old. Al is a good guy and did make it happen. That being said, here is my advice for anyone who engages with this business:
1. It is a completely reputable, honorable business, but they are an older couple (?) running this business and have difficulty keeping up with communication. We called HUB Appliance to fix our dryer after several local residents recommended their company. Mike arrived on time and was friendly and very professional. He was incredibly knowledgable and efficient, diagnosing and fixing the problem in about an hour. He even gave us tips and things to watch out for if the dryer starts to act up again. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend HUB to family and friends.

Called HUB Appliance at 8am today to help with our front-loading Samsung washer. Took our info, arrived on-time the same day, and in less than an hour had solved unplugged the valve blocking water from existing the machine. Excellent speed, customer service, and fantastic result. Competitive Pricing too! We will definitely use them again if needed.

After my initial call, a tech showed up promptly to look at my dishwasher, ran a test cycle to find out the error code, and left saying they were "going to order the appropriate part" then "come back in 2 days." One week later, after not hearing back, I left the business a voicemail for scheduling purposes. No returned call so I tried again a few days later (in case the part didn't arrive as scheduled or something came up). After a few more tries, I caught someone live who promised to "call me right back" after "checking to see if the part came in."

These guys are amazing. I needed a dishwasher installer next day for my tenants who were going out of town, and they squeezed me in. Furthermore, Al, the owner, was one of the people who came to do the install. He didn't complain at all when we realized Home Depot screwed us by not hauling away the old dishwasher. Install went very smoothly, service was prompt, and price was very reasonable. Would definitely call them again for any appliance issues.

I would strongly recommend that you do NOT use this company. I have a freezer that is not working properly. I called and they did come out that day for a service call. The repairman stated that the tracks to the freezer door needed to be replaced. He stated he was ordering the parts and would be back the following Friday. He took payment and did provide an email invoice. Sounds pretty good so far. He never came back. I have emailed them to figure out what the delay is, no answer. I was pleasantly surprised at the convenience of them coming over the following day after I called them. The technician (Al) also only charged me for one appliance b/c he could tell by the sound that the dryer shouldn't be repaired. Other than that I would say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The tech switched a couple parts on my gas stove, and ordered some parts that needed to be replaced for the burners. I was then charged a $125 deposit and he said he'd be back in a few days when the parts came in. A couple weeks went by, it was the holidays, I sort of forgot about it as the 3 of 4 burners

Our fridge was leaking, not from the ice maker in the freezer, but from the back of the fridge. I called Hub Appliance and got a quick reply. Two technicians came with tools and gear, disassembled components, figured out the problem and fixed it right away. The condensate drain was clogged, a simple problem, but not something I could have solved myself. I had a washer that quit on me one night. The guys at HUB were fast, friendly, and efficient. I also bought their Yelp coupon. A great way to save some cash when you have an emergency appliance failure.

All it needed was to have a part swapped out. The only delay was the part need to be ordered. Other than that they quickly got it installed. I would highly recommend them.

Honestly, I can't believe there aren't more reviews on here. Hub appliance was amazing. I called late on Thursday to schedule an appointment for a broken washing machine and they came out first thing the next morning. They had it fixed and running within 20 minutes. Great service and very friendly guys. And the price was right. If any of my appliances break down again, I know exactly who to call.
