Vanessa was very nice and helpful over the phone. I called for a closet door and added in a skylight for an estimate since they were coming out anyway. I clearly said it was a condo with HoA oversight. Jim, I believe the owner, came out for the skylight estimate. Stayed 60 seconds. Looked at the roof and said, "we don't want to deal with HoA" and walked away. As he was walking away I said "I called for the closet door too"....and he kept walking. Very rude.

Excellent Work. I am so happy with the quality work the guys did today to replace my windows. From the estimate, contract, job walk-thru before they started, to the walk around and clean-up at the end. The men were very professional and careful to pay attention to the details of the work. If it wasn't for the perfectly functioning beautiful clean windows. you'd never know they had been here. I was hesitant about having work done, afraid that something would be overlooked, but now I am sure Jim will walk me through the details and offer suggestions and guidance for the job.
