In the beginning, D & G was a two man startup company that began with one truck, one roller and a lot of ambition. They had nowhere to go but up, and they only knew how to work hard. Through good times and tough times we have persevered and expanded our capabilities in this industry, yet in some ways, nothing has changed.
D & G Paving can provide quality concrete or asphalt paving for you at a competitive price on either a large or a small scale project in Southern California. We are licensed by the California state contractors board and fully insured to work all over California. Primarily, we operate in the areas to the South of the 105 and West of 605 Freeways in Los Angeles county.
You will reach our staff at our office in Torrance and we guarantee you will speak to a qualified and friendly estimator when you call, or within two hours of your call. Its not unusual for us to provide a bid within that same two hour time frame. Everyone knows the frustration of not getting a response or a return call - that's why we place such importance on answering your first call either when you make it or within two hours.

This company does a lousy job. I live in a large complex and here is what I've noticed.
The base is not packed well enough which is causing caving so that the surface is wearing very thin very quickly. No way they could have used 2" and I'd wager there wasn't even one inch of the asphalt overlay.
When it rains, we get standing water which obviously breaks down the integrity of the surface. Signs of a cheap job.
I doubt they put a liquid prime coat because the surface, as I said, Is very thin. Not only that but the bottoms of my dogs feet get remarkably dirty when walking

D&G was referred to my business from another company I work with. They were very responsive to questions I had regarding the paving project, and were always available for additional communications. They're pricing for our project was very reasonable, when compared to other quotes received. All costs in the project were clearly broken down by materials, equipment and labor.
Project was laying down 20' x 20' of asphalt, 6 inches deep, and putting in two asphalt ramps.
The foreman was very knowledgeable of what materials would be best for the job, and was able to break down

Called for an estimate to fix a block retaining wall and replace a concrete driveway. Adriaan called back and set up a job walk with me. I took time off work to attend the job walk with him. First of all, he didn't seem to know that they do work on block walls (according to their website). Then well over a month later, I still can't get an estimate from him. I was very patient and polite in my requests for an estimate. I sent in a separate request for a "2-hour" quote, and haven't had a response from that. Do not use this company . . . They are NOT paying their bills and we had a mechanics lien filed against our property because they did not pay their subcontractors!!
D&G Paving was hired by our contractor to remove and replace some asphalt, then slurry seal the asphalt area in the parking area. The materials were purchased from a third party and D&G Paving did not pay them, therefore we had a mechanics lien filed against our property by the supplier on behalf of D&G Paving!
D&G was paid 70% of the contract amount by our contractor. The balance was to be paid upon receipt of the

We called D&G Paving at least 3 months ago to get an estimate on re-paving our office parking lot. Adriaan Vasquez came out immediately. He was extremely professional but very personable. I had an estimate that afternoon. It ended up taking us a while to get it together. Adriaan would call or email me every couple weeks to follow up. Never pushy just checking in. Called for an estimate for a 20x24 concrete driveway. He didn't even come to look at the project and was already quoting me $13 to $14 a sq. Ft. That is over $6000 and he hasn't seen the job yet. Way over priced!!!I have called other licensed and bonded companies and they are all much more reasonable that this!

After going through the craziest home renovation I can honestly say that Luis made the final piece of our project end on a painless and positive note. He was prompt, responsive and accommodating. Poor guy even went down to the city 5 times for clarification! I would highly recommend Luis to anyone and would definitely use them again!

Dan and his crew did a great job on our asphalt driveway. They removed the old driveway and put in new asphalt. They did such a good job we had them put a coating on several months later. Although i didn't follow through with my job i received phenomenal customer service. Adriaan was a pleasure to do business with. The professionalism and expertise he displayed while explaining the job was remarkable. I will keep D&G Paving in mind when i do decide to pull the trigger on my job. At a commercial property, we needed a slurry coat for our outdoor lot. D&G was very easy to work with and did great, quick work. We worked with Adolfo, who was very responsive, allowed us to take our time in making our decision and helpful and professional along the way. We called for a paving estimate at our business. The receptionist took the information and in less than 24 hrs Kurt was in touch and then in less than another 24 hrs, he was out at our site assessing what needed to be done.
