Bryant and his team installed our new AC unit and furnace and we couldn’t be happier with their service! Extremely professional! After our 30-year-old unit kept causing us issues and wouldn’t cool our house in the middle of summer, I figured it was time to replace our system. I called Bryant and he was at my home within 10 minutes to look at everything. He gave us a bid with various options in different price ranges and came to install two days later in the rain! We will definitely be using them in the future and we love our nice, cool house!

Called Bryant late yesterday afternoon regarding our a/c not working. Since temps were cooler, not an emergency, but he said they would be here "tomorrow". By 9:30 this morning we have a working a/c again, and our new go to person for heating and air conditioning work!!

Be warned do not use this company. V1 Comfort is neglectful and they do not follow through with the work that is promised to be done. So to start I have a home warranty and they hired V1 Comfort Solutions to repair my furnace. They performed a service call at my home and determined that they were not able to repair the problem due to age of the furnace and no parts being made any longer. So V1 then got the approval from the home warranty company to completely replace the furnace. I would HIGHLY recommend using V1 comfort solutions and we will be using them exclusively moving forward. I woke up for work at 5:30 AM and realized the house was at 60 degrees. Originally I thought my furnace was out so I contacted a few local HVAC companies I knew of and had no luck getting anyone to answer. I hate leaving negative reviews, but had a very bad experience with this company. The people are nice and respectable but not very punctual. A couple times no call no shows. Really wish they communicated better.

Bryant is a very concienous and talented man. The system that he and his team installed is the right one for our home . He installed it at a time that was convenient to when I could be home, which in this case was a Sunday and was very mindful of the health concerns that my wife currently has going on.
