I had Oaks install the garage doors on my new garage almost 10 years ago and they did a perfect job then. I have had them service the doors as needed and recently had them come out to repair a garage door at my son's house. They came quickly and repaired the door put on the new parts were adjusted, done and cleaned up before I arrived we are very happy with their company and everyone we have dealt with thank you to the whole crew at Oakes door service

Called the company around 11am, they told me they could make it out this afternoon. By around 1pm Jamie had arrived, checked out the problem and replaced both door springs. He was quick, friendly and professional. It’s customer service like that that will have me calling back if I ever need assistance again.

I had 2 different garage door springs break in one week, and this company was recommended to my by the previous owner of our house. The service was fast, very fair priced and they were very flexible with my needs, especially when the second one broke as we were leaving town. They worked around my unique needs and we trusted them to replace the spring and move the vehicles necessary as well as lock up the car and garage after they were finished so we did not have to cancel our plans. My wife and I visited their showroom looking for a new garage door. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and professional. After making a door selection, he gave us (3) color samples to take home to match our house trim. We scheduled a time for a measurement and the crew was prompt and professional. They ordered the door immediately and after it arrived about a week later, they made an appointment with me to have it installed within two days. I had someone scheduled to come measure for a new garage door, and when I came home from work my chain link fence along my driveway was bent! I had to call them and find out what was going on. Luckily one of my neighbors saw their truck in my driveway, so I knew it was the driver who bent my fence. They came out the next day, fixed the fence but never took measurements. I didn't know that until I went to their office to order the door. A worker came out the same day to take measurements, and we were in agreement that a door would be ordered.
