We contracted Bob to do some big projects at our new house. We wanted someone who could complete it in 4-5 weeks and they assured us that would not be a problem. There were several big parts to our renovation, and overall it was not a good experience. The work they did was fine work, but there were some serious communication issues. The main complaint we have though, is that Bob and his team was rarely there, most weeks someone was only there 1 day. It seems they were too busy with other projects and were not organized. We got worried early on that the work wouldn’t get done by the time we moved
