While attending college Buddy began working as an apprentice for a furniture restoration company located in Maryland.

Buddy restores my childhood kitchen table and built 2 matching benches. They turned out beautifully!!! I could not be more pleased!! He also refreshed my bakers rack to match & modernize. Finally he painted a small bookcase to match. I love the memories of the table in a new vibe and the benches are perfect. I could never have bought anything as good.

Buddy had our tables for 5 months, & had a flood in the meantime. He did not inform us that are tables were damaged & we found out by having to call to see where they were. We offered for him to recreate them the best he could. We wound up with pine board stained 1×2's & pooly put together so much that the marble tops do not stay on. He was paid immediately upon delivery, including bringing a broken table, & yelled, screamed & argued with me about his payment. We had to wait over a week for our money to be returned & have 3 tables now made out of firewood sticks, wobbly & tops that will not stay

Buddy came highly recommended to us for a refurbishment by multiple friends. We were gifted with a vanity that was built for my husband's grandmother. We wanted to have the piece hold its original character and have a more current feel for our 10 year old's room. There is a beautiful stencil on the top drawers that I asked to still show. Because we asked Buddy to strip the piece from brown and stain it grey he told me that he would do the best he could to leave the stencil. Buddy repaired a bureau for us that was heavily damaged in a move. The damage included scratches, gouges, scrapes, and drag marks. Buddy is an expert craftsman! The bureau was returned to us looking brand new. The quality of his work is stunning! We will definitely use Buddy for any future furniture repairs.

This person is an artist. The care he puts into his work isn't found anymore. His attention to detail and his 'old school' craftsmanship is unbelievable. He takes pride in each piece of furniture he delivers. Salpeck Furniture Service is no less than a top rate business. I wish there were more people dedicated to customer satisfaction. It is refreshing that integrity and hard work still exists.
