I can't say enough good things about Matt, and his technician Mitch who installed our water heater. After another plumber visited our home but did not respond to finish the work for two weeks, we called Matt in the morning and had a new water heater and hot water within hours. He was a true life saver. We hadn't been able to shower/bathe, use the dishwasher, or do laundry. We did lots of research and got multiple quotes. Matt is by far the most affordable option. We hired his team to do both AC and furnace. They are super fast with a very flexible schedule. They installed everything in one day. From getting a quote to complete the service, we just used a week. Most importantly, they are very genuine. They didn't recommend me those really expensive units like other big companies would do. Instead, they recommended me the units that fit my needs at a very reasonable rate. Great service!!! My husband called because our A/C went out, they arrived within 2 hours of the call and were great! Before i could even show them the unit they spotted a leak! They worked quit to get everything working for us and charged exactly what was quoted. Even went above a beyond to ensure meter was working properly afterwards. Shout out to our tech Dave! Another company insinuated we would need to fix or replace the AC for thousands. One Guy Installations showed up promptly and fixed the problem for minimal cost. They were extremely knowledgeable and honest! I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about That One Guy Installations. Over the summer I was 6 months pregnant and I couldn’t take the hot temperatures in my house any longer. I was referred to them through a friend and received a call back right away. I explained the urgency of having central air installed and they sent someone over right away to give me a bid. The gentleman that arrived was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable about the project. Owner and general manager are amazing. They are super friendly people who put you at ease when discussing major renovations. The office is very neat and tidy and has separate restrooms for men and women.

First to call me after the holiday season and were prompt and professional from the start. They were able to come that day to look at our furnace and walked me through what he needed to do and what the cost would be.
