My mother and I looked for a quality company to replace water damaged wood on the outside of her home. Thankfully we found Doug and the Team at 1st Aide Restoration. I want to start by saying you can look at other reviews I have left for companies and after over 70 reviews left I haven't left a bad review for anyone until now. OK with that said. Not only was the quality of the work terrible, it was also over priced. I assumed with the high price I would be getting top notch work. I've had to look over their shoulder the entire time. I paid extra to get some rotting boards replaced and I was concerned about the few places they replaced and instead of replacing boards, they just cut a piece out and it looks weird now. After some large hail producing thunderstorms swept through Walkertown, my elderly mother thought her shingles might be damaged.
1st Aide Restoration came out to look at her home and found that there was no damage to the roof.
I was shocked at their honesty. Because they did not get paid to come out and get on the roof to check it. So they did not make any money this time, and they said just call them again the next time I need anything.
They did a great job of building a relationship of trust with our family.

1st Aide Restoration came to my rescue after an emergency flooding in my
kitchen. The crew went straight to work demolishing the floor in short order
