In 1978 I opened an electrical business. After starting my construction company in 1982 just building a few homes each year, I have grown the company to where we are building 40 or more homes a year. As well as averaging six commercial buildings per year. I am also very involved in land development for both residential and commercial properties.
The Refuge is conveniently located just two miles from US Hwy 98, six miles from Turtle Creek Mall and Walmart, and four miles from the Sumrall High School. Large wooded lots with quiet country living, The Refuge residents enjoy amenities such as sidewalk street lighting, underground utilities, quiet paved cul-de-sacs, a common area for recreation, and a lake.
Kingsmill is just one mile off of Highway 98 West, just three miles from Turtle Creek Mall and Wal-Mart and two miles from the Oak Grove High School. The project is being developed by two of the area's most reputable builders, Craig Flanagan and Richard Hiatt. Craig and Richard, both licensed builders, have more than 35 years of building and development experience specific to the Hattiesburg area.
Located off HWY 589 in the city of Sumrall, The Oaks offers brick homes and beautiful craftsman style homes. Prices start in the $150s and go up to $200,000. The Oaks has a swimming pool, a home owner's association, restrictive covenants, underground utilities and street lights. If you are interested in living in Sumrall's fasted growing neighborhood, Flanagan Construction has spec houses available or can build you a custom home.
Lost Orchard is off to a huge start. There are spec houses available and as always you can choose your lot and your plan and we can build you a home in about 60 days! You do not have to get a construction loan. We build lock and key. You just need an approval letter and earnest money. Lost Orchard is located on OLD HWY 11 about 1 mile north of the Purvis City Limits.
