Excellent company. From the first call to the technician walking out the door post repair: stellar performance. They were courteous, responsive, professional, on time and professional. The technician repaired the stovetop quickly after a diagnostic test and was very thorough.
I also used them last year to repair a dishwasher and same exact service a year ago. Nothing changed so I recommend them highly!!!!.

When my dishwasher stopped working late Saturday afternoon I took to Yelp to try and find someone to come take a look. I didn't expect to get a response within 30 minutes and certainly didn't expect that they would have someone out to my house on a Sunday! They did all that! Dimitry was so responsive and did a lot of footwork on the front side to make sure the tech was prepared when he came out. I'm giving five stars because they were very honest about repairing my refrigerator on the second trip following the assessment to repair it. Sergei did a wonderful job repairing it. I never realized how much I would miss a refrigerator but when it breaks down you can start to realize how essential it is. Every time I've called them they've always had an appointment available soon after and they're very prompt within the time span that they give you. Very personable service and I highly recommend them for your appliance repair.

My dishwasher is smelling so I had them come out to assess it. He could not find anything wrong with our machine but he recommended some cleaner that is helpful but it has not addressed the problem. The cleaner works once the temp inside the washer gets hot enough as the wax has to melt for the liquid to come out. I think we might have a heating problem but I've requested them to call me 3 times now and they just keep making excuses. Go elsewhere.

Finding smart repair professionals in Los Angeles sounds like an oxymoron. But we are so grateful that this happened for us today. Our washing machine was leaking badly. It is an older Maytag. Jason, from SoCal Appliance Los Angeles Pros (323-806-3039), was able to easily diagnose and fix the problem. He is skilled, punctual, cordial, and his fee is extremely fair. We highly recommend him and will certainly call upon him again. You won't find anyone better! Super easy and fast process. We have a Samsung French door fridge in our rental that was leaking inside and had frozen parts of the cooling system in the fridge. Easily got the evaporator fixed in under 2 hours. I definitely will call them again. They took pictures so I knew what was fixed.

Excellent service. I sent a request for an estimate and they were quick to reply. I was able to set up an appointment for the following and Jason arrived to inspect my refrigerator. He quickly found the problem and offered to go get the part and fix it the same day. I decided to have him come back the next day and it took him about 40mins to replace the part and get me back up and running. So glad I didn't have to replace the fridge. They offer a fair price for an estimate that will go to the final cost if you decide to have them do the repair. Highly recommend.

I know it may sound ridiciullous but i'm blown away by the vast knowledge that Jason brought to fix my LG washer/dryer. He fixed it all and even suggested....wait for it..Vaseline for my vintage washer dryer sealer/rubber gaskets that were causing it to freeze over every week. So thankful for this kind, brilliant Russian man.

I have been trying to get a hold of this company for a week now to come back to fix the dryer, they didn't fix the first time they came out. I have left several messages with no call back. I have called my warranty company to send me to someone else. I deploy in less than a week and I need to wash my clothes. This company is highly unprofessional would not recommend.

Since I left the freezer drawer open for a few hours, the pull out drawer freezer was never the same. I tried to defrost it myself and that fixed it for a bit but the rails got icy again. While looking for appliance repair companies, I reached out to a few companies and SoCal was the quickest to respond and make an appointment. They respond same day!
It was $79 for the visit, which would be applied to the repair if we follow through. We got the freezer de-iced and the repair person also re-greased the rails. now it works perfectly! Before I could only pull the drawer halfway without more effort

After using SoCal Appliance Repair back in 2015, I said they'd be my first call if I ever needed another repair done. Fast forward to buying a home with the 2006 appliances still installed, and discovering that my refrigerator died overnight, they were indeed my first call.
Dimitri arrived early and was just as friendly and professional as he was back in 2015. Luckily, he was able to figure out the issue and fix it in a matter of 15-20 minutes.

Vladimir came the next day after I called and repaired my Viking microwave quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what was wrong with it, he even found a brilliant solution for a minor mechanical issue that seemed to be impossible to fix, I really appreciated that.
