Absolutely poor scheduling - 2 appointments were re-scheduled and the scheduler told me that they would send some one to my place at 4 pm. I got a call at 12.30 that the technician is on his way - I told him that I am not at home. He assured me that the office will call me to get a plan together. No one called till 2.45 pm after which I called and spoke to a lady, she said I am not sure who scheduled your appointment but we dont do that, we can give you a whole afternoon's window only and that no one is now available today.

Had a torsion spring snap recently. Called Geauga Door and was able to get a tech out next day. Adam showed up, told me 20 minutes, and quickly went to work. 15 minutes later I heard the garage door go up. I couldn’t be more impressed with Adam. He was professional and personable with polished customer service. He’s a good one. This was all around a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Thank you.

A neighbor recommended Geauga Door because our door was malfunctioning after a recent power outage. The scheduler was friendly and accommodating. James and another technician called ahead and then arrived at our home right on time and were quick and efficient in repairing the door. They couldn't have been nicer and I'm thrilled to having a working garage door especially in this cold Cleveland winter weather.
