Legacy Cabinets
At Legacy Cabinets, we build cabinets for kitchens, bathrooms and more! Our sustainable cabinet solutions are designed to transform your room into a beautiful space certain to become the heart of your home. From classic, traditional, modern to contemporary, we offer a wide range of products, including a full suite of framed and frameless options in many styles and finishes for every budget.

Everyone deserves the home they can imagine. The beauty of our products extends beyond the surface. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows us to build cabinets from the finest materials that you'll enjoy for years. Framed cabinet construction includes a face frame on the front of the cabinet box that looks like a flat picture frame.

The door is attached to the face frame, which adds dimension to the front of your cabinets. Framed cabinets are a more commonly chosen option for those wanting a classic, American look. During frameless cabinet construction, the face frame is eliminated and the cabinet door is attached to the sidewall of the cabinet.

Framed cabinet construction includes a face frame on the front of the cabinet box that looks like a flat picture frame. The door is attached to the face frame, which adds dimension to the front of your cabinets. Our Advantage Series delivers the style and quality your home deserves in an affordable cabinet you'll be proud to own.
As distinctive as they are versatile, our Euro-Style cabinets are inspired by European trends to create a modern look that effectively utilizes space. Whether you currently have a budget or need help creating one, our Budget Calculator can help guide you to a product line that may work best for your needs!
We have a simple and easy cost calculator tool that will walk you through the different cost impacts. Almost any room in your house can be improved with an addition of quality storage. Small adjustments may be necessary to make these percentages fit your budget and your project. But we hope this is a useful guide to the Legacy lines that fit your needs and the kind of investment you'll be making in your home or office.
At Legacy Cabinets, we offer four of today's most popular wood species available, including oak, maple, cherry and hickory. Each species has unique characteristics and variances. Understanding these differences will help you make the best selection for your cabinets. Uniform patterns with scattered mineral streaks, worm tracks, or birds-eye patterns for added charm.

I purchased a home with a recently remodeled kitchen with Legacy USA cabinets. The quality is absolutely horrible. The finish is cracking and peeling off on almost every cabinet front. The hinges loosen and the doors don’t shut completely. I am so disappointed. I thought I was getting a “new kitchen” but the quality of the cabinets in my previous home that are at least ten years older is miles above Legacy USA.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Work staff likes to entice and argue with employees. They like to withhold check stubs until you ask and try to argue about it. Workplace is very stressful and I am really happy I no longer work with these people.

UPDATE THEY DID CONTACT ME AND COME OUT NOW GETTING MY ISSUES RESOLVED THANKS
Trisha from legacy said cracks in cabinets are acceptable after 6 months . They are visible and she said that's the joints causing it. I have owned lots of homes with cabinets and cracks visible showing is not a true statement. I can see why they have poor reviews going back to builder again with her email. Alot of people in my new subdivision have same issues so maybe if builder gets enough complaints they want use them.

The Kitchen and Bath Center in Alton IL, after showing me a supplier (Omega)switched me to Legacy claiming their products to be just as high quality as the one I had picked. 5+ months later the project is still not complete. The Cabinets are of third rate quality, not worth the $40,000 I spent. They are more like a medium grade supplier with plenty of quality and finish issues. Several side panels were shipped mismatched and its been 5-weeks with no replacement in sight. The person who installed my cabinets told me that I was not the only one who had problems with the quality, fit and finish. I

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing cabinets from my local kitchen design center. I unfortunately trusted my sales person. Cabinets while very beautiful, are very poorly constructed. The finish is horrible with many many parts of the cabinets just raw wood. The installers had to put colored caulk to cover up the rough shelf groove that was cut too big. Just sloppy all the way around. Kitchen center tried to fix everything but there is only so much you can do with junk. I am so disappointed with Legacy, there are no words. I will live with it since I don't have another $20K to remodel

Cabinets arrived damaged. Was sold on trying Legacy for our personal brand new home. When opening the boxes to install, drawer faces were falling off, cabinets cracked and placement for the hinges were so off that even adjusting them left the doors uneven. 90 days later we are still waiting on fillers so that we can complete our kitchen. Just got off the phone with Legacy customer service and was told that I was not a customer because I was a home owner. Kept getting interrupted asking me if " I was done". Clearly their customer service is a reflection of their product. Unfortunately

Ordered cabinets from this company to remodel my master bathroom. Hinges were off and the faces for the draws fell off before getting the box open. Contacted the company and was told that any issues that I had to take up with the local distributor. Funny how they refer to someone else when it comes to their product. Contacted the regional sales rep and was told that it was not the companies fault that they faces fell off. Again, pushed the issue off to the company that I bought them at. Funny how this company can not take responsibility for their own poor product.

I love working here, but with that being said....it could be better. Most but not all management are useless they don't work and don't really help. It doesn't matter how hard you work you have to pull the weight of the sorry ones and the sorry ones keep their job as long as they show up. A lot of people there should not still be employees they should've been fired for failure to perform their job. We have new people running it now so hopefully that'll change.the company had us on 4 scheduled work days but now we work 6 because of those said sorry people. I have no prob racking up a check but I

I've sold the Legacy Cabinets line for my new construction, remodeling, and restoration jobs for 5+ years now. It's a one stop shop for all my customers' needs for numerous reasons. Multiple box construction options, several species of wood, dozens of standard stain and paint options, and dozens of different door styles to choose from. Friendly customer service on the front end, regular delivery drivers who arrive on time with excellent communication along the way, down to the careful packaging of the product...it's a quality operation from top to bottom that I'd highly

Legacy has issues with finishes, damage and quality control.  Paint drips, uneven finishing, lack of precision to construction, hinges installed incorrectly, nail holes on finished ends, frames not even, backing not lined up properly. This company has and has had severe issues in their manufacturing. I'm a business owner who sells this line but will be taken it off my list of vendors due to all the issues I've experienced. Poor representation of custom cabinetry and clients lose trust in small business selling this poor product line. TYSON DESIGNS

Do not buy these cabinets, there is NO customer support for them. I've tried. Over a year. Multiple times. They do not budge. They do not return calls. The regional distributor will not return a call. If your contractor will not support these cabinets, there is no support for them. In the end Legacy would not even listen to me, they told they are waiting for the regional distributor to call them, and when I told them that I've been waiting over a YEAR, they said "I'm sorry" and hung up on me. I have never, NEVER, received such poor customer service. Oh, they're polite

I've rehabbed 5 houses. Tried cabinets from Off he shelf Home Depot to Legacy. Paid the most for Legacy for supposedly 'custom' cabinets. Terrible product and waste of money. After 2 years, my shaker style cabinets showed seams where the paint cracked. Also had to replace door and drawer hardware. Finish showed glue remnants at various exterior seams of doors, and interiors were rough cut. Rarely do I give a bad review - but avoid these cabinets. Go with IKEA - they've really upped their game and make a much better product.

Some time ago Legacy Cabinets' dealer installed it in my new condo. I was given warranty for 5 years.
Some later( much earlier) one of the drawers had been blended. When dealer looked at it he promised to fix it but some later. In the couple of the months he recommended me call to Legacy Cabinets and stopped answer to my calls. When I called to Legacy Cabinets I was sent to dealer, on my request talk to manager agent just hang up.
It is very good example of funny business of Legacy Cabinets and it's dealer ( by the way Aurora Line inc and accept only cash) who do not care about customers
