I live in Fort Worth Tx and the winter weather has been the worst these past few days. My heating system stopped working last night and I called Stellar Air this morning but they were not able to send a tech out with the horrible driving conditions we are having . I was, however , able to speak with Arturo Littfack over the phone to troubleshoot the system and I am so thankful he was able to talk me thru fixing it . We have heat again! Arturo was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit helping access the problem quickly. I hope he will be able to physically help next time we need it

We've known Art for quite a while now, and he's helped to install our unit when we were in dire need of it. He was the only one who showed up at 10 p.m. and didn't leave until about midnight with the promise of a brand new unit, both inside and out. He was with us through the whole removal of the old unit, and the installation of the new one. He even followed up to make sure that everything was working as it needed to be. We are extremely satisfied with his service. I highly recommend Stellar Air to anyone who really needs topnotch service, especially in a pinch.
