Services
Classic Kitchens & Baths was established in 1987 by Jonathan & Carol Rastallis in Greenfield, Massachusetts. In 2007, after working there for many years as a successful designer, current owner Erica Smith bought the company. The new 5,000 square foot showroom showcases a wide variety of kitchen styles including; Traditional, French Country, Craftsman, Modern, Contemporary and Transitional.
Our designers and associates are NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) certified and/or hold degrees in art and interior design. We pride ourselves in our passion for designing beautiful and functional spaces while providing impeccable service for your kitchen or bathroom project, every step of the way.

We understand that remodeling your kitchen or designing a new space can be an overwhelming task. There are many decisions to be made, contractors to find, and time-lines to be considered.
Classic Kitchens & Baths offers many great products such as custom bathroom cabinets for updating your bathroom. Whether replacing an old vanity top or gutting the room down to the studs, we can assist you in your project. You may think that a bathroom (usually, being smaller than a kitchen), is a much easier renovation, but that's not always the case.
Replacing your countertop is a great way to give your kitchen a fresh, updated look. Maybe a full kitchen remodel is not in the budget, or your cabinets have held up over the years but you are ready for a change. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Doug Little who guided us through our kitchen remodeling. He made valuable suggestions and provided needed info, ordering of supplies and referrals to trusted businesses and contractors. He knows how to listen intelligently, has a very calm demeanor and offers his own thinking without pushing. He made a difficult process pleasurable!

CK&B completely failed on my small (5'x10') master bathroom remodel:
1. They took too long: we first met with the designer in April with an intended construction date of September which was later pushed back to January; it's now October and I still don't have usable plans.
2. They didn’t meet the budget: the cost estimate the designer provided is multiple times beyond the budget that was allocated. Some items she listed are three times what she originally said or what I could find elsewhere.
3. They didn’t communicate: I wouldn't hear anything from the designer for weeks until I would reach

I used Classic to update three bathrooms in my home. They did a great job interpreting my design goals to meet my practical needs. I had a very specific budget I wanted to work within, and Doug at Classic made great suggestions and refined the design so I could get what I wanted while keeping my costs in line. Beautiful showroom, friendly and knowledgeable staff, very professional, and very quick. Highly recommended.

We met with Doug and Brook on Friday morning to look at the rendering for our kitchen update. To say I'm excited is an understatement!! I sell Pampered Chef and do a lot of cooking videos from my kitchen, and they took that into consideration and designed my kitchen to make that even easier for me and put all my items that I might need right at my finger tips. I will certainly post before and after pictures when it is done this fall. I have already recommended them to a family member and will tell anyone who ask to go see them. We will also be using them for our bathrooms as we continue updating

Classic Kitchen and Bath came highly recommended by a friend, and they were just what I was looking for! When I first began thinking about a kitchen remodel, I thought I was going to have to DIY with an IKEA kitchen or wait for the next big Lowes sale, but Classic's estimate was SO affordable and Leslie was beyond wonderful to work with through the design and planning process. I worked with Tim down in Wilmington, NC to renovate my kitchen with new cabinets. They are beautiful. I had one slight delay due to a measurement but was solved. I am very picky and was very pleased with the results. I would definitely use again.

I have known about Classic Kitchen and Bath since we moved to Harrisonburg in 2004. They replaced a countertop for us when we first moved into our home. Since our home is 60 years old, it has needed quite a few updates over the years and we have used Classic Kitchen and Bath for all of our bathroom and kitchen udpates. The owner, Jill, is very professional and also cares a lot about our community. Jill shows this through her generosity and support of many local nonprofits. I have worked with Gabby in design and she is phenomenal. Her warm and friendly personality is why I enjoy working with her

We have used Cathy at CK&B twice and got superb outcomes in both remodeling adventures. The most recent was a master bath. We converted and useless corners garden tub into a large walk in shower with aging in place upgrades. The old shower became a nice closet. Design A+. Materials A+. Scheduling B. Like any complex project, scheduling is art and science. Our project took 5 months, working around injured subs, available crews, and deer season. We are still delighted and give CK&B and Cathy the designer, a strong recommendation.
