Personal phone calls take priority over a customer waiting in the showroom. I came in to discuss mirrors, shower doors, and mirror bypass doors, but left after being ignored for nearly 10 minutes. The man behind the counter never said a word to me, barely made eye contact. He just sat there and continued his phone conversation about current events and how he ran over his cell phone with the work truck. At least the dog growled at me before begging for a little attention. Very disappointing, since my glass guy closed shop, and I was looking for someone to handle my glass work, mirrors, and shower
