I started Red Carpet Cleaning because I was not happy with the level of service available at the time. Initially, I just intended to clean my own carpets but I started to think about doing it as a business. I began by cleaning the carpets of friends and word of mouth began to spread. Finally, I decided to go for it.
We only offer services we have been professionally trained and certified by the IICRC to perform. Currently, this includes the following services. We do much more than a lot of carpet cleaning companies do when we clean your carpets. The service that many of them offer is equivalent to our lowest service package or less.
If I have never cleaned your carpets before, I will do a pre-inspection. This will help me determine the most appropriate products to use. I will also find out from you, what your expectations are and if you have any special needs we need to be aware of. We can then give you our recommendations and prices.
For your convenience, we have three pre-packaged service plans you can choose from. These are shown here with the services they include. If you need to make adjustments to meet specific cleaning or budget needs we can add or subtract services until we find something that will work for you. The cost of your cleaning service depends on the services provided.
We want to find out what types of fibers your upholstery is made from and test dye stability. We also want to look for potential problems before we start. Just like carpets, your upholstery can hide a lot of soil. Dust, dirt, skin cells, lint, and hair are among the types of dry soils that accumulate on upholstery, and just like carpet, it is best to remove as much of it as possible while it is dry.

I wish there were 10 stars to give! I called in a panic, positive my carpet would never be the same. My dog got sick and left a giant mess in the guest bedroom. They showed up the same night with an excellent price and my carpet looks even better than it did before. So grateful!!

Red Carpet cleaned the upholstery on my mother in law's favorite chair. When I brought it back to her, she couldn't believe how nice it looked. I'm glad I called Red Carpet. They did a great job. Would recommend and will probably have them back in the future for some carpet cleaning.

We had some mice find our new furniture while we were on the road working. Came home and just knew we'd have to get new furniture again. Called Rob on a whim and he came out to the middle of no where to address our situation. After he was done we paid him and he left. After a week and letting them dry the stench wasn't 100% gone. Called rob again and he came out again and treated our furniture again. FREE OF CHARGE! Our furniture is back to where it was. We're 100% happy and recommend Red Carpet cleaning.

Need a guy who REALLY knows his carpet? This here is your guy! He came over and I had an unknown carpet with unknown substances in it from previous homeowners. He left and I am pretty sure he just installed brand new carpet that matched the old but without all the YUCK! Very professional, very knowledgeable and VERY highly recommended!
