Excellent buying experience. We had been doing our homework in searching for a car and reading customer reviews on both the car and the dealership for several weeks. Needed to find a great used car for my daughter and had gone to several places in the morning with no luck finding the style, condition, extras, and price that we wanted. Called Economy Auto Outlet when we stopped for lunch, having found one in their online inventory we wanted to look at, and drove it off the lot that afternoon. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Saw an ad for a Jeep Renegade and inquired about it. Asked all the right questions about any engine issues, body damage, etc before going to look at it. They assured us everything was great - perfect even. Made an appointment and drove 4 hours to go look at it and it was AWFUL. 3 spots of body damage, the inside was completely filthy and falling apart, upon leaving the parking SPACE the engine vibration was insane, and before we even got out of the parking lot the service engine light came on! I really enjoyed my visit to Economy Auto Outlet. They have a great selection of vehicles and tractors for sale. Went to look at a car with a friend, never approached by any employee ever though people were going in and out of the building. I guess they have no interest in selling, because if you come to car lot when it's 20 degrees you need a car. I by the other reviews that they just don't want to sell cars. I also guess management doesn't care.

Please, don't waste your time here, unless you're really into bait and switch advertising, because that's the name of their game. Made an appointment with Wendy Stoner for 5:30pm to look at a 2011 Honda CRV. Confirmed the appointment at 2:55pm by email. Arrived at the lot @ 5:34 due to traffic.
Showroom is a ghost town. Salesguy finally appears, says "Wendy" is on the phone and tells me the Honda (listed on CarGurus for 18 days) sold 2 hours ago. Immediately offers a different vehicle. Nah.

I purchased a vehicle at Economy Auto Outlet in July. When I inquired about the title, I was told it would be mailed to me. A month later, it arrived at my house, with the wrong middle initial. I called Economy Auto Outlet to inquire about rectifying the name on the title. They told me "there is nothing we can do. Call the title office." I called the title office and explained the situation. The title office told me it was Economy Auto Outlet's responsibility to apply for the corrected title.
