For over 15 years, Taylor's Way has utilized One-AP season long fertilizer to provide our clients the absolutely best lawns. A season long fertilizer spoon feeds the lawn the entire growing season, at specific intervals when the environmental conditions are right, in order to achieve the best results.
Taylor's Lawn Care Experts will seed your lawn in the areas where growth is diminished, while also advising on the ways you can improve development in those areas. We perform both overseeding, slit seeding and full lawn renovation seeding. Taylor's has over 20 turf plots on our property and we continually analysis the best performing varieties of seed to ensure a great seeding result.
Grubs can be a major threat to the health of your lawn. Every year grubs catch clients by surprise and destroy large patches of lawns in no time. Any property that has a history or suspect a history of grub damage are recommended for treatment. In Illinois, the Japanese Beetle and Masked Chafers are the most active grubs.

These people are awesome!! It was a one stop shop for us. They removed 4 huge evergreen trees, took out the stumps, planted 4 new trees, all with outstanding service. Anyone we had contact with...Dennis, Hannah, Amanda, the tree removal crew, the tree planters...were very professional and accommodating. Ron and I would recommend them with 10 stars if we could!!!

First time using Taylor’s Way. They came highly recommended. When Andy came he noticed that my new tree’s where planted not in the right healthy way for growth. Andy took the time to explain what would cause the tree problems and told me what I needed to do so that would not die. I was so impressed because his job that day was just to fertilize and he could have left with out saying anything. He really cares about the whole job and not afraid to express concerns and I was so happy how he explained it all and I made some calls and it was made right. I am so happy that I chose Taylor’s Way

Taylors Way recommended a treatment that successfully saved our big, beautiful ash tree from the Emerald Ash Borer infestation several years ago. They’ve also helped us with planting and caring for our rosebud, and dealing with some lawn problems (patchiness and weeds). Very professional and responsive, delightful to work with. Every service they’ve provided has been 100% worth the price.

Taylor's has been doing my lawn service for over 25 years & the service has been great, weed control, lawn bugs & aerating have all been taken care of. They also have pruned my fruit trees & sprayed them for the last 3 years, the results have been great, improved harvest plus bug free apples, peaches & pears, my yield was unbelievable this year, over 1500 peaches from just 2 tree's & at least 3500 apples from 6 varieties of tree's, after my use & giving many to friend's, I sold over 22 bushels.

First of all, the office staff is extremely responsive. If Vanessa doesn't know the answer to the question, she'll find out ASAP, and she makes sure that the people out in the field receive their messages.

We have a few unusual old trees which they respect and care for, and I've heard similar stories of their encounters with big trees around the state. Among other things, they have suggested emerald ash borer treatment for our ash trees, which is becoming a problem throughout Bureau County and Illinois.

I had used another arborist in the area for the past 5-6 years, but their level of service declined over time. I guess they felt they didn't need to impress a repeat customer. So I called Taylor's Trees and Turf to discuss treatment for an ash tree and a maple tree. Josh arrived when expected and evaluated the treatments I was using and made recommendations for changes. He also took the time to examine the recent planting of a new tree and recommended addressing the fact that it had been planted too deep and had been over mulched by the nursery.
