When you choose Parker Fence and Deck as your fence contractor you can rest assured that your fence is going to be installed correctly. We set our posts in 24" deep holes utilizing the "bell technique" where the hole is larger at the bottom providing more stability once the concrete has hardened. All of our posts are set in concrete and gate posts get double the amount.
The selection of vinyl fencing brands in the market today can be overwhelming. With so many to choose from it takes experience to know what to look for in a quality vinyl fence. Some of our competitors offer inferior brands that use thinner vinyl that is more prone to sag and less resistant to impact and wind damage.
There are many options available when it comes to decking materials. In our area of the country, the market is dominated by Pressure Treated, Hardwood, and Composite decking. Hidden fastener systems for composites that virtually eliminate any screw holes in the top of the deck. We take pride in the fact that we are way ahead of our competition in the design and construction of our decks.
Q: Do I need a permit? A: Yes, In both Chatham and Bryan county a permit is required for both a fence or deck. Q: Who obtains the permit? A: The homeowner is required to obtain the permit for a fence. Q: How do I get the permit? A: Visit your local city office and fill out their permit aplication. In the contractor information section write T.B.L. (To be licensed) if you do not have a signed contract in place with your fence contractor.

Curt and his team did my wooden fence and it is the best I have seen in a long time. They completed the job within the given timeline and they were very professional about it. Curt and his crew were fantastic! From first contact surrounding an estimate for a fence and 2 gates to project completion, they were highly communicative and professional. They showed up on time and got the project completed quickly without cutting corners or leaving a mess. My husband and I are beyond pleased with the work they did for us! We are extremely pleased with our new deck. Curt and his crew did a great job with exceptional attention to detail, and were a pleasure to have around the house for two weeks. We couldn’t be happier with this company! I was kept updated via timely messages, the job was started and completed much more quickly than I had anticipated, and the finished fence is lovely to behold. I appreciated all the extra efforts that were made to communicate often and effectively as well as the clear attention to detail in the actual construction of our new fence. This has been by far my best experience with any local company here in Savannah. What a treat!
