The door to door salesman that walked around my neighborhood today was at first nice. However after stating that I am not interested nor in the market for windows he kept pushing intensely . He pushed so much that I said I am closing the door now. I closed the door and he continued to talk through my door. I told him directly now you are annoying me and highly unprofessional. I stated 5 times that I am not interested and if he didnt get off my property at this point I will call the police. I have never been so pushed to have someone be so persistent in such a manner that he did.

I am a 73 year old widow. My husband passed very suddenly nearly 3 years ago, leaving just my daughter and I. My aunt and I had been discussing the possibility of replacing windows in our respective homes. My aunt, being an elderly woman, asked if I could contact the company and get some estimates. I proceeded to contact the company and Representative Harris was sent to my home for a consultation on 11/26/18. During the consultation, I inquired about the cost of two windows for my aunt and discovered it would be too expensive

Salesman was very well versed in the product and his knowledge was why we chose Renewal by Andersen. The process followed the schedule that was outlined after signing and the installation crew was incredible. They were very efficient in their work and they were very clean. Post installation, you would never know any work had been done in your home.

I wish I could add more stars. The whole installation process happened less than 2 days. The installers did an amazing job and I appreciated them working around challenges of replacing windows in an older home. There were even some features we did not know we were getting until we saw the windows first hand. Thank you, Renewal by Andersen!
