Services
Bill began contracting back in 1975 and focused primarily on design-build projects ranging in scope from remodels to high-end single family residences, condominiums, and land development. In 1990 Bill began working internationally in relief and development and by 1996 had founded Impact Teams International, a non profit 501(c)3 relief organization.
Before we start the construction process, we make 3D models of all islands in-house. From there, we produce accurate renderings, so you can get a clear idea of what your island will look like before it's constructed. Our on-staff craftsmen are highly-skilled and take pride in the construction and installation of all of our outdoor projects.
Here at Eagle, we have a long and diverse background within the design and building environment. We design lots of homes, and we are comfortable designing most types of architectural styles, including: Northwest Contemporary, Craftsman/N.W. Craftsman, Transition, Contemporary, Modern, and more. We offer affordable design rates, and we strive to work together with you to keep your house design within your construction budget.
Let me back up. In July, I started to make an offer on an [Eagle Model] Madrona. In the end, it sold to someone esle. I had toured the model home and really loved it. But, even more, myself and my family were so impressed by the quality of work and design of the model home. I made an offer on Lot 6, not really knowing for sure exactly what the floor plan would look like.

An outstanding building company. I am a General Contractor in New York and have a home on Whidbey. I needed an old deck removed and a larger one built. Due to my age and time constraints, I wasn't able to take on the project myself. Eagle "Small Works" division is a sub-company of Eagle Builders for these type of projects. They recently completed my deck and it could not have been done better by anyone. All of the floor joists were shimmed out perfectly and the fit of all the Timber Tech boards were spot on. They left no debris after completing...the mark of true professionals. A wonderful crew

Friendly, honest, and professional. Eagle Building Company is one of the best builders around. We have been installing their roof systems for years, and their standards of using CDX Plywood (NOT "chipboard" OSB), heavier weight shingles and durable underlayment show that they are dedicated to building homes that are as durable as they are beautiful. We would recommend Ben, his company and their homes to anyone.
