Had a fire in our kitchen, so brought them out to do the clean up. One person showed up, was here for around an hour. Ceiling, wall, and floor were still covered in Ash. The area with the fire wasn't even touched. Best part is the $550 bill the followed.

Shawn and Diedre are an amazing team! When my daughter's room started growing black mold on her toy chest from a leak coming from my upstairs neighbor's water heater and my apartment manager wouldn't do anything Diedre came out only 20 minutes after I called Servpro and talked to my apartment directly on my behalf. She also wrote estimates for the entire bid on the other leaks in my apartment in two other areas. Shawn came out as well the same day and he and his employee started cleaning up the mold in my daughter's room right away. The team came in and finished the work (3 leaks in my apartment

We experienced a plumbing problem in our upstairs bathroom which leaked into our downstairs bathroom. They were quick to respond, efficient and knowledgeable. We were referred to Servpro Northwest Fresno from our insurance company, upon having a substantial flood in our house. We had a toilet flood the upstairs in our house - for almost 4 hours, before it was noticed. This resulted in four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a portion of our game room and a portion of our garage been entirely flooded with contaminated water.

I contacted Ross after a renter destroyed my house. I contacted him on 2/17 and seeked his help with the aid of my insurance to get my house back in order. I contacted him regularly wanting to know if any progress was going to be made on my house. He was full of reasons to why he had done nothing and loved to point the finger. Finally after almost 6 month he was able to get his bid finished to submit to the insurance. It is 8/20/17 and he has done nothing or had anyone do anything to my house. My washing machine broke and flooded my whole apartment. Within an hour on a Sunday afternoon, SERVPRO was there. Shawn and Brian were excellent to work with and went above and beyond to help us with this unfortunate situation.
