There is nothing scarier than a septic back up and the fear of what's to come next! AAmerican Septic was very responsive and sent someone the same day to evaluate our concerns. No upsells or taking advantage of our lack of knowledge on septic systems, the gentleman who came out cleaned the filter, coached my husband on unplugging the main pipe causing the problem and gave us a time frame for maintenance to the system in order to avoid future problems. So grateful for servicing us right away and addressing our concerns. Will definitely call them back to schedule maintenance. Cost was reasonable

They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. They sent me a welder to come fix my fence the very next day. all very friendly and we were surprised as to how quickly the company responded. Thanks for your service A-American Septic.

What a great company to deal with. I called regarding a septic modification and the gentleman I spoke with told me exactly what I needed to do and saved me about $700.00! We had a bathroom back up on Monday and wEre told we needed to pump out our septic tank. I caalled A-American on Monday afternoon snd they had a truck out early Tuesday afternoon. Mike the operator was excellent , very knowledgeable and efficient. Plus he had all the tools neccessry to find open and drain the tank. The coost was also very reasonable toO

I just had my septic tank pumped out by Mike, and it was a pleasant experience,he had to do so much work just to gain access and he did it with a good attitude and like a super professional. He even fixed the access point so that next time it is not as much work. Of course I will be calling them back! I really didn't think this was going to be so fast and easy but MIKE IS A PRO!! I have not been this impressed by a service company in a long while. I highly recommend that you call A-American today and I hope that you get to meet Mike.

WOW!.... What a GREAT Experience! I was selling a home and had pressure from the potential buyer to identify the septic and assure proper working condition ASAP! ... I first called a company in Goodyear and talked to their representative, Kailey. She seemed very knowledgeable and I could tell that she knew what she was talking about! The problem was, that her company could not do my inspection for 2 weeks, so unfortunately that would not work for me. Mike came out to fix my outflow baffle. It could have cost more but he came up with a cheaper solution. From the first phone call, to the quick response time to the service and clean-up, these guys are by far better than anyone I have ever used in the past.
I will never use a different septic service company again...better prices, more experience...and honestly...you could tell that Mike LOVED his job.
People like that take pride in their work and really perform. Also, he took before and after pictures to show the work that he performed inside the septic tank....yes...he had to climb in

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead "eyeballed" the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly

We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. He has spent so much extra time with me explaining septic system in and outs to me over the years, always patiently and never once charged me for his time. I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.
