I was not able to call, and their website's captcha wasn't working correctly, but I was able to send a request through BBB and Dawn responded within the hour. I had a tech come out the SAME DAY and diagnose the issue. The tech then came the next day and installed the part that needed replacing. Great service and very quick response. Will use them again.

Called at 9:30 pm. Got answering service. After 20 min guy called yawning and asked "you want someone to come now?" I said my wife is sick. He said well if o come now its 200$ service call,but tomorrow is 79. $ he could have cared less. I'm 61 years old,never heard of a $200 service call! Ridiculous.so no business ever from me.

Comfort Control has been servicing our Trane unit for 4 years now every since another company disappeared on us and we find Comfort Control to be a blessing to our house hold, always on time, always courteous, always a blessing! Their Beliefs are the same as ours, Christian based companies will always get my money 1st!
