I used Broward Factory services until they started sending sales people instead of a repair person. ASAP Air did the work for almost half the cost and even invited us to their home in Lehigh for lunch. They are Family owned and do all the work themselves. Yesterday Gabe fixed my problem over the phone and saved me a service call. What company does that ?

They arrived earlier than stated the same day I called. Very friendly. He diagnosed the system and pointed out things I could do myself to help my system and diagnose in the future if I so choose. He found the problem and was able to repair right then along with some other issues that he fixed that were incorrect. He was fair and honest. Didnt try to sell me something I didn't need. Will definitely use again and will recommend to family and friends.

I highly recommend this company. They were very responsive and came asap knowing we were without AC during the extreme heat. Gilbert found the problem quickly and resolved the issue. He also made suggestions for keeping our system running efficiently. It is great to have service provided by a company with expertise and integrity. The bill was more than reasonable for the quality of service. Moving forward I would not even consider calling anyone else should we have a problem.

The other day Gab (the son) arrived to my residence to replace a motor. Immediately upon his arrival, he was very energetic and went straight to get the work done. Immediately, I could tell that he was very knowledge, and spoke to me; not in AC repair terms, but in a manner that I was able to understand him clearly. He even showed me how to replace a thermostat. I highly recommend this company to anyone. My experience with this company was absolutely phenomenal.
