We had an issue with a rat and JP came out and did a first assessment and immediate intervention at no cost to us. After discussing the ongoing concerns with rodents and pests, we decided on an ongoing treatment plan at a reasonable cost. The people we worked with on the phone and at home visits were professional, kind and understanding about the emotional impact of the issue and the decision-making around treatment plan. We have used JP Pest Services in the past and this service was as good as it had been in the past.

We've been using Jp Pest services for about a year. Their idea of dealing with a rodent problem is to put a few pieces of steel wool on the outside of your house put Traps all over the inside and outside of your house and just let everything die. The smell inside the house has been horrifying on multiple occasions when a die off happens. They always keep coming back. The road in Simon. JP keeps coming and rebaiting and does very little else. JP was a referral from the previous home owners. We signed up and they did a preliminary inspection for pests. Set traps and gave advice and recommendations. We're extremely satisfied with JP's services thus far and highly recommend that anyone with a pest control problem check them out too!

I met with Nick Jouvelokas a JP pest control tech. He seemed very knowledgeable in the filed and wanted to do the best he could to provide a good service, he answered all my questions and even shared some knowledge about his field. He is a solid employee and did a great job.

This past month, there was an issue when the rep from JP accidently touched some exposed wires chewed by mice. It shorted out my entire electric system. Not the gentleman's fault, but he did cause it. JP Pest, not only paid for the repairs, but did so in a timely and professional manner. They could not have been more helpful. I have been satisfied with their services regarding rodents, but now I am even more impressed with their wonderful service 'attitude.' This is a company you can rely on!

JP Pest services is a wonderful company to use if you should have pest problems. From the friendly, responsive people in the office, to the field inspectors and technicians. I received a full and detailed explanation what would be done and the cost.

I started with JP Pest when I got a flying squirrel infestation in my attic. They did a great (and humane) job of eviction. I elected to stay with them on a recurring inspection service and their techs are always capable, polite and friendly. Over the years they have detected and resolved early signs of issues. I live in a wooded area so I always have critter neighbors interested in my cozy living quarters. Good company, nice staff, fair prices.

On the type of service I subscribed to a little more flexibility on the timing of the second application would be a "major" improvement. I'm referring to the fall invasion of insects seeking nesting locations and entry points to a home. If you're located in the the burbs or country this Infestation is much worse and an application of the insecticide closer to peak migration would be more helpful as the mass of insects do not nest on the home itself until it's time to seek shelter. Otherwise the office staff is very helpful. The photo doesn't do justice to the mass as you have to brush them away

We moved into our new home a little over a month ago and contacted JP Pest Services to schedule a inspection. From the initial greeting, I was really impressed by the professional attitude and appearance of our technician (Jonathan). To add insult to injury, Justin came out to the home and offered to look into the rodent issue we were having. He was super on the phone and followed up with a $3000 estimate to fill some gaps on exterior trim. I personally filled the gaps and figured I would just know that JP Pest is only good for putting out bait stations but they actually do not make sure pests are not doing damage. In fact, I cleaned out my shed a few weeks ago and noticed evidence of mice (see attached images of pool cover that had been chewed). We took everything out and to throw away a lot of items that

I had an issue with flying squirrels in my attic. Called them, and they came out, for which I paid a significant price. Figured with the 5 year warranty, would be all set. The squirrels came back, called them, and was told they came in through a different section of what they tacked down. Wanted even more cash. I called around and got it fixed right, which it should have been done the first time, for significantly less than they quoted, from a company that had been in business over 25 years. Learned my lesson.

Compared to that of two years ago it seems the quality of work or personel has declined. I save all my reports from the exterminators. Previously they have completed services in 50 to 60 minutes and now lately it has been 30/35 minutes. I call back because pest issues pop up and it feels like they are inconvenienced by this. Im not a rocket scientist but getting it right the first time seems more cost effective.

We had a large hornets nest attached to our home we needed removed. We called JP Pest. They were very nice on the phone, we scheduled an appointment. We got a confirmation the day before the appointment. Nick showed up right on time the day of the appointment. He was very friendly and professional. He took care of the hornets nest very quickly. I will call JP Pest next time we have a pest issue.

Good service and reliable. Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall I was very pleased with JP pest and they eradicated our wasps. HOWEVER I'm only giving 4 stars because they require you to sign up for a yearly subscription service if you require treatment for wasps, even though I requested just a one time treatment. Now I have to remember to cancel the subscription. Annoying!

We signed up for the quarterly service last year for a spider problem. They came quarterly - and the service was good.
Until this March. They came and inspected - I received a 100% CLEAN report!
Then - roughly 6-8 days later we showed signs of BEDBUGS!!!
They came and confirmed it. It's pretty clear what happened here. I know people working in Real Estate Management and I'm told this is not an uncommon event.
Needless to say they wouldn't assume any responsibility for it - their cost for extermination $1400.00!!!! Plus we would have to wait a week

These guys are Great. We used to have Colonial but they have the worst customer service ever. They charge more and do a poor job. We had them for 16 years, and were late on one bill, got a real nasty letter from them. Also got and Ant infestation and Wasps. They never fixed the Ants, and came out and didn't get the Wasps taken care of. That is why we went with JP
