I only needed an annual inspection and maintenance. They showed up on time the next day and their technician was courteous and professional.
They checked refrigerant level in the AC (didn’t need any), cleaned the coils, inspected our furnace, and ensured everything was in good shape.
The price was very reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves when all work was done.
Will definitely use again!

I’m not sure what we would have done if we hadn’t called Kemph. We recently relocated to Oklahoma. The house we purchased had a home warranty. When the AC stopped working a different company was called. We were told our unit had suffered a power surge and couldn’t be repaired. I thought that was odd as I wasn’t unaware of a power surge. Kemphs came out and identified that the breakers in the attic had been turned off and the thermostat had been removed and damaged during the last service attempt. They restored our unit and serviced the second unit. I’m very thankful I called Kemphs. This

Called to have them come give an estimate to replace my system they came checked everything, 2 weeks passed by I called to see what my estimate would be told I would get a call back never heard anything. Another week goes by and I called again to be told the same thing, today has been a month since they came out I called and had to leave a message asking them to call me back and I still haven't heard from them. I'm obviously taking my business somewhere else since I can't even get a price on a new system. Also had someone else come take a look at my system and found out a breakee was blown and

Kyle arrived exactly on time and knew the issue within the first minute of looking at my unit. He saved us having to replace the entire motor by repairing a simple wire, then cleaned the A/C for us. I felt at ease knowing he knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you for such a great experience!
