High Country Lawn Care & Snow Removal

We used High Country Lawn and Snow Removal for planting multiple large trees this fall. They did a fantastic job and were extremely easy to work with. They were able to pick up the trees, from the nursery, move the trees on-site, prepared the holes and planted finishing up with thorough watering and mulching. I would highly recommend using for your landscaping needs.

Ridiculously overpriced for the service provided. We asked High Country to clear our driveway of snow while we were out of town and they charged us $100 to have their guy drive over our short driveway with the plow a few times. Never takes me more than 20 minutes to shovel by hand. And he did a terrible job - left an inch of packed snow and ice behind (see picture). They promised they'd send someone out to address this situation but no one ever showed up. And when we complained, they sent us a late invoice for 16 (!) man hours they claim to have spent clearing our back yard of leaves

Randy and his crew are the best!! My irrigation system has been working very poorly for the past 2-3 years, with decreasing water pressure and thus coverage of my lawn. Four other irrigation "experts" have attempted to diagnose, and fix the problem but could not, apologized, and gave me an invoice!
Randy and his crew left no stone unturned and stuck with it until they found the source of the problem! After busting up a concrete slab, they discovered a crushed PVC irrigation pipe that was severely blocking the flow of water.

This is an awesome service. We used High Country for snow removal - they were super responsive even though we are not a regular customer. The snow clearing on our driveway was really thorough and they didn't leave snow all over the road or in inconvenient places. I'd highly recommend this service.

High Country saved my life. Not really. But they saved my marriage. My wife wanted our backyard to be a place where we could hang out and enjoy our evenings without the scorn of our neighbors or passersbys. Awful Service. Randy came out last spring and gave me an estimate. We talked and agreed upon specifics. The first month was fine but then services were not performed as agreed upon. I called the office but nothing changed. I would ask the workers to spray weeds or pull them and they would just say it wasn't their job. Then fall cleanup season began. I called to see why the company had not come and I was told they had done the work. They hadn't but Randy would not believe me. After about three weeks of arguing Randy and his crew leader came out. If you are looking for trees to die within two weeks of planting and getting a work out digging out the stumps, this is the company for you! every thing that was planted has died. when asked to remove the trees that died due to in proper planting they came back and cut the tree with a chainsaw. none responsive when called back. once they get your funds they are done.

Used high country for an irrigation repair..service was great. Hired them to pull weeds afterwards and was completely disappointed. I had to dispute the amount of time the workers were actually working vs sitting in their truck outside my house. It ended up being a situation where it was my word vs the workers word. We knew we were being charged hourly, so we paid attention. If you hire them, I recommend calling or texting owner when his workers leave/show up..otherwise you will be in our same situation. We were even disappointed in quality of service. We still have tons of weeds! Owner
