I have not been very satisfied with not having my regular Extermanator. I should not have to tell them where to spray or where to check traps. I understand you are getting very busy but I am paying for a service that I expect to get consistently. I am not comfortable having someone different each time. They are very much in a hurry to get in and get out. Would like to have my regular person back he was very thorough and had excellent customer service.

We were previously serviced by another company in the area, they would charge monthly but only come every other month, if that. We switched to Craig & Sons and have had the best experience! Our technician, Chase, is wonderful, he lets me know when he will be there with a time frame, too! This makes it easy to know when to keep the dog inside. We are very satisfied with the service and results we get from Craig & Sons.

I called to have my attic checked out because I had rats in there. I had already set up some traps and tried to close off the areas where they might have been getting in. Ryan inspected my house. He pointed out the spots that would need to be addressed and told me how it should be done. He gave me an estimate but also let me know how to do it on my own if I wanted. I really appreciated the professionalism and felt like I was given an honest opinion for my options. Will definitely use again.

Gave us a good price. Had to replace some facia boards that were eaten by termites. They did a great job on the replacement and the color matching of paint to our house. They were great about calling us when they had a earlier opening to move us forward in the line of people waiting. Would definitely recommend them to people.
