Jason did not arrive with a face mask or wear a face mask during his servicing. This was extremely disappointing. His attitude was unpleasant and he even created/left a stain on our carpet. He was far from professional to say the least. To make matters worse, he spent 15 minutes tops in our home, quickly clearing a drain line using a hose, and we were left with an unexpectedly expensive bill. We will not be hiring this business again in the future.

I had a problem with my air conditioner and they scheduled me immediately to have Lenny in my home before 9:00 A.M. the next day. He was here today arrived on time with a great smile and the best attitude. Told my husband and I that we shouldn't worry and he took care of the rest. The price was fate, he explained the problem and he did the repair. Lenny was great and we hope not to have air conditioning problems again but when we do we will call again and ask for Lenny. Great company

Today was the day every Floridian fears, my AC was dead. I went down the list on Google but no one could see me today. Until I called DC/AC. They understood my situation and were able to squeeze me in today.
Kenny texted me to give a heads up when he was 30 minutes out and got right to work. He not only gave me back the miracle that is AC in a… Florida summer, but he also made sure that it was running as well as it could (unit is almost 10 years old).
Today has made me a repeat customer for DC/AC and will be calling them any time I have AC issues.

After our service call late on Friday night, we are huge fans of DC/AC Air Conditioning and Heat! Friday night, our A/C unit out on the slab stopped working, and being summer in Florida, it started to warm up quickly. Company had forgotten about my appointment until I called. They rescheduled for later on the same day. Payment process seems unprofessional. I had to text my credit card information to the owner which made me uncomfortable.

Great experience with this company! I've had them out twice in the last year and both times got reasonable and honest quotes. Bent was there within hours. Unlike the plumber I called this past year who charged $300 to caulk around my sink, this company will not rip you off. Thanks Brent, you will always be the company I call for my AC!

I called this company due to both my a/c units failing. Brent picked up and told me he would be able to stop by right after his current job. Talk about speedy service. Brent is a very knowledgeable and just a all around good person. We spoke as he worked on my a/c unit and he even taught me about my own unit along the way. He was very reasonably priced and I won't hesitate to call him again if I ever need service. I also normally never put reviews. DC/AC has been the best home repair service company we have ever dealt with. The owner (Brent) is quick to respond and has personally come to our house the same day our unit stopped working on multiple occasions. As noted in other reviews, he offers very reasonable rates and has even shown me how to handle some of the simple problems myself. Finding a reliable AC company is as difficult as finding a great auto mechanic. If you are lucky enough to stumble on to the right company don't ever let go. We thought we found the right guys several years ago until we had a major issue with our larger unit. We were told we had to replace it but things seemed a little fishy so we wanted a second opinion.
Out of the blue we called DC/AC and found Brent. They cam out quickly and helped us determine that the guys we were using were incompetent or dishonest. This is one of those industries where you need to take the word of the expert you call

Called last night to have someone come out bc my AC is not working, he could not come out last night but said he could make it out this morning, I went ahead and agreed bc I figured I could make it through the night with no AC this is June 30th so it's in the hottest point of the year by the way. Back in 2014 we called DC/AC because of their excellent online reviews and had them install a new unit. The install went well and the team there, including Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. Through no fault of DC/AC, the unit we had installed had an issue due to what I believe is the fact that (at least) one coil is made of copper vs. aluminum. Apparently, copper blows (and not in the cool way) in the Florida heat and aluminum is better. After inheriting my home from my father, I had to find a new A/C guy since the other one had retired. Brent, the owner, came out to my house for the annual checkup. He was on time and was and very informative - explaining everything he did will I watched! His rate for seasonal tuneup was reasonable and he told me that once a year for that service should be enough. After 3 days of no A/C, and botched attempts to schedule an appointment with the big boys, a competitor recommended I call DC/AC to get my system looked at. Man was I glad I did. Brent(owner) and Devon (employee) showed up at the time they said they would, shocker I know. He was quick and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions honestly and truthfully. Can't say enough about Brent, the owner of DC-AC . He could have easily made a big job out of my a/c unit not working properly, but instead, said all it needed was to be flushed. He flushed it out, showed me how to avoid clogs in the future, checked the freon levels and charged the service call fee. That was it! In these times, it is so refreshing to have an honest, dependable, on time service technician. . If ever I or anyone else I know needs a/c service, he's my only choice!
