Looked around on Instagram to find a local painter. Came across Josue Painting. Emailed and requested quote. Very prompt reply and owner visited my house within two days. Gave me the quote and went ahead and scheduled for two weeks out. I gotta say it was a relief to finally deal with professionals who texted back within a couple hours. On the day of my painting project they showed up on time and immediately got to work. Cleaned up and asked for me to check on their work before they left. Treated the crew to Starbucks for a mid day treat. They deserved it after having to be outdoors with all the

I found Josue's Painting, Inc. via Instagram, and I always appreciate his Instagram stories and posts. I needed a quote for a property's exterior paint, and his estimate was extremely reasonable.
Unlike many contractors, he shows up on time, and has a high attention to detail. Josue and his crew not only pressure washed everything beforehand (I didn't have to ask), but they moved furniture out of the way and put it back in the same spot when they were done.
They worked all day for a few days, on a two-story, 3000sq.ft. home, including a pergola. We had the siding and trim painted

He came and gave me an estimate to paint. We agreed on a price and set an appointment. I moved everything off of the walls.
He then never showed up. After calling several times eventually he texted he couldn't come because he took another job.
My experience is that he's not reliable and Not accountable for his actions.
