Very pleased with HVAC Unlimited, my first time using them. My window was 12 to 4. Steve called to say he was on his way and showed up at 12:30. He checked the HVAC system and found no issues. Previously another company had told me that I needed a whole new unit. Steve assured me that everything was fine, that I didn’t need to replace anything. It was such a relief to hear that. I will definitely be using HVAC Unlimited again.

I'd recommend HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited to ANYONE!
Randy came out on short notice and reviewed several work projects we were considering to include fireplace repair, Heat Pump replacement, and humidifier repair to our main HVAC system. He answered all our questions and offered a range of solutions for each.
We had all the repairs done, and a team came out within 2 weeks and completed all repairs, to include replacing our 26+ year old heat pump in the attic, and the other repairs in one day! They did a fantastic job and we now enjoy efficient heat on our third floor and a lit gas fireplace

I contacted HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited through the form on their website for help with a laundry list of non-emergency plumbing issues. They called me within a few minutes to set up a time for someone to come take a look. Chase arrived on time, was very professional, and did a great job assessing the issues. He was very thorough in explaining what the problems were and my options for fixing them (including detailed cost estimates).

Chase was prompt, knowledgeable and and courteous. He quickly identified where the leak was coming from in the bathroom, fixed it and verified it was no longer leaking into the apt below. Appreciate him coming the same day I called and giving me a reasonable estimate before he started the job. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future, I won't hesitate to call them and request Chase.

Their price for the HVAC system plus water was right in our budget! From Dylan to Isabel and the entire install team were top notch! Respectful, responsive (which I didn't get a whole of) and pleasant to deal with! Plus they did a very fast on scheduling. I had this all set up in a course of one full week! From estimate to final installation

Our mini split heat pump had been down for months. Previous tech company who had diagnosed problem told us it could not get part (temperature sensor) to fix it. Steve diagnosed the same problem and Ned persisted until he found the necessary part. Fixed it in a jiffy -- very reasonable charge. Will certainly use them again!

Great service! Furnace went out and had to do with debris near the inducer motor. Instead of trying to seek us a new inducer cleared the debris and the furnace worked great. He explained that inducer could go out because of age but said it was running good and no need to replace now. Daniel was very friendly and very clean as well. We are very happy we called HVAC Unlimited. Great company!!

I called them yesterday because the compressor would not stay on. It would kick in and after a few minutes stop. The appointment window was between 11-2pm and they said the technician, Andre, would call before coming. Shortly after 1pm I received the call and Andre said he would arrive in about 30 minutes, which he did. It took less than 5 minutes for him to diagnose the problem, a plugged drain line. He proceeded to unplug it and ran a test for awhile to make sure the problem was resolved. I'm happy, especially with the heatwave we're having. I had to close all my blinds to minimize

My AC broke and I was given a schedule window of 1-4PM. The tech came at 3:55PM, but on time. He seemed knowledgeable and thorough. In the end, it was a failed $25 capacitor and 1/2 lbs of freon. $399.95. I have small children and the heat was just too much that day; I'm sure that had a lot to do with the inflated price. I didn't have a choice that day but now I do.

I met Andre when I first signed up with these guys to do my semiannual condo required heating and a/c inspections. He is the best! Super professional, friendly, kind and respectful. He is my goto guy on all HVAC concerns for any and all properties.

By far the best service I've had from an HVAC company. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Another company misdiagnosed the cause of a condensation leak and charged me $300 for a non-repair then tried to up-sell me. Fortunately, HVAC Unlimited came in and accurately diagnosed the problem, only charging me for the part and the diagnostic fee with no hassles or sales tactics.

From the time we bought our house we have enlisted the help of HVAC Unlimited. They gave us a fair, inexpensive analysis of the current heating system in the house we were about to purchase so we could plan for potential expenses in the future. The company is easy to contact. They have an answering service for after hours problems, and get right in touch with you first thing in the morning. Every time I have used them, I have received same day service. They may even be able to do emergency repairs in the off hours, but I am not sure about that.
